@concubinage It is very dangerous because lobsters eat decaying flesh from the bottom and have a lot of toxins in their trails. Thats why it is important to cook lobster after it is dead quickly.
tried it ... came out great .. I recommend grilling it on real wooden charcoals for a smoky woody flavor. Also I infused olive oil by grilling chopped garlic and red pepper flakes in it for a couple of minutes. I marinated lobster tails in it after that for 1 hour.
That's looks like cray fish.

@sirhan234 Serious?? The raw lobster meat will harden if not cleaned fast?? What do you mean?
concubinage 2 months ago
@concubinage I didn't get that either.
BBQMyWay 2 months ago
@concubinage the lobster meat will toughen and it will be chewy and (hard) but its just in the cleaning but if a dead lobster then that's okay

Good video. How hot do you have your grill? And can/should you season the meat before putting them on the grill?
machruge 3 months ago
@machruge Medium to Medium High. I do not season the meat. I think salt can make the lobster rubbery if applied while grilling.
