If it was Patrick Stump or Brendon Urie I would have recognized it right off. While it sounds similar to them at 2:45 , there is a strict difference throughout the rest of the song between this guy (who's name I don't know) and both Patrick or Brendon. His voice is more like a teenager's than the two men's - and it's a lighter tenor as well (if only a tad).

To my knowledge, the entire song has Bob as the male singer save for the 2:40 mark which is Patrick's only part in the entire song.

Ok, just so everyone knows...not trying to piss anyone off, but it is Brendon Urie...in his work history it says he is the lead singer of P!ATD, did the video for fall out boy (a little less 16 candles...), dressed in an animal suit for travie mccoy, and this song! and he sang it in one of the hush sound concerts....remember, not trying to piss anyone off...Ryan Ross signed them, and Patrick Stump helps them sometimes.
