They've passed so many laws that they have set up the apparatus to bring them down. We don't even have to go after them as a group. @axis4peace2 Actually, under all of the anti-terrorism laws that have been passed in this country, they can be detained, at a minimum, as enemy belligerent's. They've passed so many laws that they have set up the apparatus to bring them down. We don't even have to go after them as a group. We can nail them one at a time because some of them live in other countries, so our laws may not be enforceaable in other countries. This can be done if our gov't has the will to do it.
