Yeah, The only way is start slow. Dont go faster than you can handle. Use a metronome. And watch the u tube video called " Building hand speed". After you watch that video, do it everyday for a year and i swear you will be sick
it depends....if ur in band u rely on the band and you memorize where to end and its kinda common sense....but y urself its one e and a two e and a 3 e and a four e and a....ect
