outrageous bunch of cowboys, never delivered my Amazon parcel. Why they would trust such a valuable parcel to these losers is beyond me - "delivered to secure location" it said - so where was that then, some driver's lockup? Not to me anyway. Got Amazon to send a replacement via Home Delivery Network at least they don't have any trouble finding where I live. Neither do CityLink, UPS, Parcel Force or the Royal Mail.

I was a hermes courier - till today. They withdrew the work because my service levels had apparently dropped. I think it's more likely because I complained about the size and weight of the parcels I was expected to deliver. Bastards.

May be they will couriers get treated better if the couriers delivered goods properly. I am still waiting for my parcel from hermes. Incompetence. I hope the company goes bankrupt.

So they're ripping off their employees AND their customers... I'm still waiting for my parcel to be collected 2 months on, haven't been able to get a refund either.

speaking as a royal mail employee, you guys need to get fucked right into hermes/parcelnet .... and demand a fair wage for a fair day's work

it's about time these slave drivers were exposed. they run their company by fear and threat. they are unscrupulous bullies who take advantage of hard working people.

they pay the same rates to their couriers that they paid them in 1995.they demand that their couriers work bank holidays for no extra pay or time off and if they refuse they will be threatened with having their work withdrawn etc.etc ad infinitum.

last year was working 4 days then they upped it to 5 days now have upped it to 6 full days what with packets and 6days working i have had a BIG pay cut and am now driving nearly 80 miles a day.

it costing me over £60 a week in petrol .

Rock bottom!!!!! I think we all are totally fed up with Hermes/Parcelnet .

Great work putting all the subs in we couriers are proud of you.

We MUST get as many people as possible to watch this .

I am a courier it is 10.45 am on a Tuesday morning I am sitting here watching thisbecause I am still waiting for the Van to arrive with my parcels this means that I will still be working past 6pm tonight in the dark and cold ,no one will open there doors but I still have to try and deliver or the threat of withdraw your work.

And, as shown in the video, whatever you don't get delivered today, you will have to try again tomorrow, or the next day ... for no extra money other than the original 45p!
