Soubhi (my wife - the taller of the two dancers in this video) says "Thanks so much Lucifera!"
I agree that this is a fantastic piece. She requested a full, unedited version from the photographer but apparently he recorded it only in pieces and there isn't a whole version available. We're pretty bummed out too. This is an EPIC piece... 9+ minutes! I hope to be there to record it at the next show they perform. I missed this one. :(
Sounds good. I have to take videos, Twitpic, and lots of other things, so getting the full video was impossible. This is just a tease for the viewers and hopefully they will come to the next event wanting to see more!
Thanks for the reply. Just to be clear, I wasn't trying to sound snarky or imply that you didn't do a good job. On the contrary, the job you did was great and the edits look professional and smooth.
Perhaps we'll get a chance to meet at the next Asheville show.
Definitely. I fly in and out many times, but ended up there the whole time, and the show was awesome! My main goal was to get some coverage and get some keywords I wanted on Google, and I did. Yes! The Twitpics and Tweeting, Twittering that I do goes up in real time so always fit that into my plan. Anyway, no problemo, I deal with so many people that I try to stay offended so I dont get offended, lol. Thats cool DM. Talk soon.
Which one is your wife? Tell her that I was the one in the purple butterfly top that performed third in the hafla. :) We had discussed what the theme was for their routine, I had determined that they were a sorceress and a demoness. :D
It was a pleasure to watch them dance, they're fabulous.
This was so amazing to be seen live!! Thes girls are fantastic. Although, I'm disappointed that you cut out so much of the routine, including some of the best parts. Is there a whole, unedited version somewhere?
Lucifera, we do clips of events and show others whats going on in Asheville so do not have the "full" version. Of course if we were hired to do so, we would. I know what you mean. Usually the news clips out the best parts, as we think at least, and shows other stuff. Sorry about that.
Well edited and filmed,well worth watching.Great !!!!!!!!!

Oh whoops, I missed the part where you said your wife was the taller one. The Demoness, as I called her. :D

Ahh, I see, that's too bad. But we are definitely grateful that you got some of it so people can see how amazing it was!
I am in one of the other videos you filmed that night. :) You did a great editing job on all of them, I love it!!
