its not the right formula for your hair...thats for coarse/dry/damaged hair. like most African-American , super-curly or chemically treated. I think thats why it didnt work

I hate the real control I bought liters of it an was disapointed the all soft is way better & so is paul mitchell super skinny shampoo & conditioner

i have tried redken like 4 times and everytime i have used it , its made my hair oily....

their all soft conditioner is good!..I use big volume shampoo!..It's good! but I have oily hair...

i tried redken for 4 months it made my hair so dry and break it, and now i am useing just Dove therapy conditioner with repairing serume, for dry and damaged hair, it seemes ok.

Im going in to get both of these tommorow, Do you know if its worthwhile getting the mask?

I haven't tried the mask yet. I would ask your hairstylist what he/she thinks about how necessary it would be to buy. Perhaps some one-time use or sample masks might be better because typically masks arent used as frequently as shampoo and conditioner.
