main point of this vid is discord between Bae and jap-police.

police didn't permit Bae to use front gate for their citizen's safety.

police said "as long as you are in japan, you have to follow their policy. if not, it may causea huge problem"

But Bae want to greet his fans who wait for long times near gate just to see him.

He thought that's the only way he show his gratitude to his lovely jap-fans.

He said "unless i could see them, there's no reason i visit here "
