I do this virtually the same but i use a close grip, hands about 4 inches apart i find it does the inner heads of my bicep better which is what i aim for. My best is 154 pounds 4 reps or i can do 132 12 reps

if i saw this from the waist up only, i would think your form is bad but since your one foot is out in front, you aren't really swinging the weight to cheat, it's just the momentum moving your body a little bit. the more important thing was that your elbows stayed tight to your body and didn't sway forward and backward. good stuff bro
