  • Again to the form police pussies...POST A VID OF YOU'RE SUPPOSED 'PERFECT FORM' so we can how great your arms are. I've seen most bodybuilders doing bicep curls with a bit of hip movement to get the bar going and lift heavier. So what? It seems to work for them.

  • I do this virtually the same but i use a close grip, hands about 4 inches apart i find it does the inner heads of my bicep better which is what i aim for. My best is 154 pounds 4 reps or i can do 132 12 reps

He had terrible form, and while I admit it's okay to use cheat to squeeze out a few extra reps, he lifted the weight from start to finish with his legs and back as well. BTW, I've curled 135 in strict form for 8 reps before cheating my last 4 reps. But , who gives a shit right?!?

And keeping a completely rigid back when you're lifting heavy is going to be a huge strain on your back, he's keeping a fluid motion the whole time without using his shoulders or throwing the weight.   • yeah, I've done that, but this really isnt even cheat curling. and generally you will need a LITTLE bit of movement if you want to do the amount of weight that is required to spark muscle growth. plus he has over 18" arms, there's so no arguing w, the results.
