That's not actually true about the oestrogen thing, if that were the case, everyone who breastfed, couldn't get pregnant. I come from a family of women who all breastfed for 1 year with their kids, even longer in some, and got pregnant because their estrogen levels reached normalcy within 2-3 months. Estrogen is dependent on genes and dna, ie.racial genetics. Most South Asian and African/American and some Latin peoples have high estrogen and their periods come back even though they feed.
