I used Paypal to pre-order the blu-ray version of their show at the end of July and was told it would ship within 30 days. After 45 days I asked where it is via email. After several emails and them offering no sure answer when it would ship I aksed for a redund. I've been trying to get my refund for almost a month and they are no longer responding to my emails. I'm thinking this might all be a huge scam so avoid them like the plague
