I have a question to those who have played the 3DS version, is it just me, or does this fight just look WAY better on the N64? As far as mood goes, its so dark, the way Ganon looks basically like a shadow at this point with those glowing yellow eyes... Its so dark and is somewhat frightening, moreso than the 3ds version where everything is very brightly lit.

Probably not canon, but I have always seen Ganon as the 'pure evil' part of Ganondorf. As Ganondorf, there is still some humanity in him, a small capacity for good. When he transforms here, it is basically the equivalent of selling his soul for power-- he gives up his humanity to become an unholy monster in hopes that this will allow him to destroy Link.

This game brings me back, whatever happened to classics like these? I played this at the age of 6 when my brother bought it for me, it has plenty of memories. Now a days games are pretty stupid (plot wise) and sure they are fun and what not but they have no point to them. I may still be young but I know this is one of the greatest games ever created. The is so well put together it's impossible not to fall in love with it. "Legend of Zelda" love. <3
