  • I want an honest opinion i have a 2002 grand am SE with the 3.4L 3400sfi V6 engine and i want to know if i should sell it or if i could make a decent track car out of it not drag track but cornering track

  • It's no GTO, but my opinion it provides enough acceleration to bring a smile to my face.

Get a real CAI (not ram air intake) & exhaust to make it just THAT much nicer.

  • i would put a real CAI on my grand am but i use it for street driving right now because i live in minnesota so it would be sucking up wtaer and snow and asalt and all kinds of shit but when i move to arizona im selling my grand am and get a nissan 240sx or mazda rx7 so i can start with my drifting career

  • It'll only suck up water if your driving through 2 foot deep puddles.. Here in MI, I drive it in the rain all the time. No problems :)

  • yeah but in mid minnesota their is a shit tone of snow ill get one but not til i get my truck for winter

  • idk bout those problems my brother and girlfriend had a 99 grand am se v6, only prob was the thermostat it has 175,000 miles now, and they just got a new grand am gt 2003 with no probs.

  • yes they do,when i bought it it had a cracked manifold, bad brakes, pcs problems wit the trans. and the a/c smelled like gas and it only had 80k on it, about a month ago i gave up on it and bought a 2000 z28, much happier

  • absolutely, ive had a 99 gagt and its been the worst decistion ive ever made

  • is it true these cars tend to have problems.Like
