@qwerty23495 Not much to obtain the difference either. This took maybe 10 minutes to do tops. The rake cam was timed well so I didn't have to tweak that, for me that's the longest part of a rake job but very important as it allows you to get the rake low and to sweep smoothly also
@jsebeny Nope! This was the only one so far that I haven't had to touch. I did the C lever adj, shock adj, and then just lowered the rake board with the skinny rods and that's how it came out! I didn't have to touch it on lane 10 either but I had adjusted that already months back. Just trying to get all these adj's set first for all 12, I do have to go through some and shorten the sweep link and move the rake stops back. I have 4 lanes left to do the C lever gap and shock adj's on
@Rep2369 i don't know how you aren't messing with the cam at all. but hey, more power to ya. makes it that much easier because it CAN be a pain. just have to move it ever so little otherwise you'll see a huge difference!
@jsebeny It's odd, with both 11 and 12 you could see that the rake cam was timed well by the height as it swept. The issue was there was no "kick" coming out of 180 and the sweep didn't look right aside from the height. I guess with the C lever gap set right and thus the shock being readjusted that pops everything right back into place. 12 looks just like 11 both 2.5" at guard and both now look great and the same. And the cam even has a little wear on 12 by 180. Still "kicks" like it should tho!
I was just watching Lane 11's Rake Before, and I see a big adjustment difference.
