Good point.
Even if they kiss more often than before (that wasn't complicated to make more than nothing) there's still a problem. When Noah came back from LA they didn't kiss, they hugged like BFFs.
Their kisses are little pecks on the lips when the other couples (I mean a woman and a man, they don't even need to be a couple) make out.
We'll never see Luke and Noah in a bed but we can see a disoriented woman with a man already in a relationship.
They have to respect viewers' moral values...
