The game should not be the same game. It could be the continuation of a story line but have a different feel, balance, and experience.

That's why I use the .44 Mag. It Pulls out the fastest, and has saved my life countless times in a reload. I was juat playing a few days ago, and I got Quickscoped on a 24 kill streak, but I wasn't mad, and I hope it returns in MW3. lol

It's not giong to be Modern Warfare 2.5 or even Modern Warfare 3. It's made by a nearly completely different company than MW1 and MW2. Ya sure, It's going to have the same gun skins as MW2 but they are going to fire differently, move differently, the maps are going to feel differently, everything is going to be different, and likely... worse. All the superstars from Infinity Ward left. It's like saying Barcelona are the same team without Messi and Xavi. Sure, it might be fine, but not as good.
