@tarekaly There are manufacturers of weather balloons. Kaymont is what I've used as well as Edmund Scientific who may still sell them. 300gr balloons will get you about 75-80k', 600gr should get above 90k, and there are up to 3000gr balloons ($150 approx per balloon) that'll get you above 110k'.

@thirdstreettito As a matter of fact there is air at 90k'. Very thin, but still there. There's even air a couple of hundred miles up, where the Space Station and other satellites orbit. More like 1 molecule of air per inch or something like that. Some of the noise may have come from the tension on the balloon line vibrating and getting picked up by the mic on the camera as well.
