and endurance. I did like the good control and timing of the lowering and raising of the bar. And regardless of how much or how little weight you use, good form and control is important and for everyone.
ok lets see, first of all this is bad form. Your back should be straight and flat on the bench, your feet should be in front of you and not under you, plus your grip is very deadly. Switch to a wrap grip.
um actually your feet are supposed to be under you...its called arching...its good form as long as you dont lift your ass...it gives you good leg drive..but you were right about the grip
i know what arching is, it's a power lifting technique but most people that don't do power lifting don't advise it because it can lead to back problems. In my personal opinon, arching is bad form and is kinda of cheap, so i just stick to the flat style
this is obviously a powerlifting bench set up not a normal set up, which he has done quite well. although suicide grip can be dangerous
