  • wow thats how joint damage starts isometrics aren't just holding something it's using body weight excercises

  • @TheCrazygroover I don't see how this is hard on your joints when its not a fast jerky move but a slow hold.... And I know it can be done with bodyweight excersises and many things. This is just one of them..

  • @daram1 well in order to be ripped you gotta have some size. So Id mix and match. Maybe do a weight you can only hold for 5-10 seconds for a set, then do 15-20 secs with lighter weight and finish with 30 plus seconds and drop again..

    It works your biceps when done right, weights alone don't get you ripped low bodyfat % does.

  • @flybikes29 Well, as the weight gets heavier, that is natural. I didn't want to try to keep my body unaturally straight. I don't think some lean is bad. Its not like I was leaning WAY back anyway...

    P.S. im not sure what your progress routine is but in israhotashell since the summer came in I went down and down in bodyweight and the stuff i can lift - but now its winter again or soon inuff then i'll get bigga and stronga. somtimes i wish i lived in a cold country - hence the size of russian people =P

  • i thought it was a modells oh well. i went to dicks the other day and just did some overheads rpesses with the 60s haha,. they dont have any higher so i can vouch for you on that one if anyone thinks the king of excuses is making an excuse about not having 70s man.
