  • Terrible video! Some extremely condescending comments in there, it is one thing to disagree with the movement, but you can still voice your opinion about it without making condescending jokes about being in the "top 2% as opposed to the top 1% to strike the right balance". You should have interviewed more people like Cam and Andrew, they gave coherent arguments and expressed sympathy in their speech. Also, what is up with asking the girl at the end a stupid question, sexist much?

  • I know this is generalizing, but Queen's commerce students are some of the most privileged people in Canada. Asking what the 1% think of the 99% will obviously evoke certain answers. The problems the protesters are trying to address are lost on these people because they have never suffered or sympathized with those that have.

  • WHY WEREN'T ANY FEMALES INTERVIEWED????

    Unbiased. Yeah right.

  • @jessitanner I agree. How unrepresentative and DISAPPOINTING!!!

  • How come there were no girls being interviewed? Sexism, perhaps?

  • @daehypeels we asked, no girls wanted to be interviewed

  • @pdr1017 I lolled

  • LOL

  • classic. good job veitch

  • The unbiased bit at the beginning was a joke right? Anyways, as a Queen's Commerce student I believe that the Occupy Wall street movement is an extremely important and necessary action. This collection of protests may not result in tangible change immediately but it shouldnt be discredited. The point of this protest is recognizing that there is a problem with our current economic system and those protesting are tired of the resultant social injustices and lack of individuals power to change it.

  • @gonemonk The "unbiased" remark is somewhat tongue-in-cheek. Obviously by interviewing a specific subset of individuals, in this case students studying business, about this issue there will be some inherent bias in their responses.
