i did this before. you need a party of 3 people and everyone takes plasma pistols, goes into the green room and unloads all of their ammo into the crack on the side of the wall. Then 1 person will lag out, his name will disappear, but his body will remain. The ghost will move around the map randomly shooting randomly and it is very easy to avoid. also, bungie banned my friend who taught me how to do it. he took the ghost into matchmaking and it was like having an extra useless teammate.
