He's a Taxi driver, and his boss had cameras installed in all cars under his company's name for quality assurance, crime purposes (someone runs without paying, robs the cabbie, things like that), etc. This guy did fall asleep at the wheel, and though it looks like a horrific crash, he actually got out of there with only a few minor injuries.
