Hi! I'm from Spain,I love Islam and arabic language, but.. is really necessary to put a hijab to this little girl in such an early age?! I don't think so.. is not wrote anywhere in the Kouran.
@christinatgn Can I ask what is it about Islam that U luv? U dont like that my daughter is in hijab? Here is a question to U. Let’s say U see a parent taking her little girl to school, and every day as the child approaches school she starts to cry, saying she doesn’t want to go to school. If U were the parent, would U ever think “is it really necessary to put this little girl through school at such an early age?” would U continue to take Ur child to school? And y?
@christinatgn Do U ever question the necessity nuns who wear 'hijab’ or if the bible tells them to dress like that? So coming to hijab, what’s Ur understanding of hijab? Many countries impose their opinion of hijab being demeaning. They do it without giving due consideration to the person wearing it and it’s a forceful imposition and a prejudice
@christinatgn In Islam Hijab is an honour, and as a parent, like all parents we want the best for our children. For my child it’s the hijab that is most appropriate and honorable.
@christinatgn Let’s say U need to see a doctor for a medical problem, would u consider a person to be a doctor if he/she has read some medical books or would U consider a person who has had formal teaching by medical professionals ( including learning from medical books) to be a doctor? Who do U think the people of Spain would choose
@christinatgn Can Christians say “ if we have the bible, we don’t need Jesus (May Peace be Upon Him) “ or Jews say if we have the Torah then we don’t need Moses (may peace be upon Him)? The book and the teaching go hand in hand.
@christinatgn The Quran does mention how a woman should attire. But like all the institutions of learning, in order to understand the Quran we need to combine it with teaching. It is from there we learn of the honour and dignity that comes with wearing the hijab. And in order to love Islam U will need to appreciate the honour and dignity the hijab brings to a Muslim family and to the society
@usafiri I think you really didn't understand my question at 100%... I know and understand everything what you are saying. I can understand that hijab brings honour to a Muslim family by the meaning that it tries to protect woman from looks, attirance, etc..
@usafiri Always that you are a woman you can attire men, this is why my first question.. She is just a litle girl!! Not even 2 years old innocent little girl that can't attire any "sexual" attention or even from nobody, and you are already imposing it!
@usafiri In conclusion, it has some meaning if your girl is 16 years old but not now.. I think now you just want to attire attention from people that they think you are the best muslim, but this is not the way.
@christinatgn I think what ur seeing ‘sexual’, I’m seeing as modesty. Modesty is very important in Islam & modesty also comes in dressing. We educate children from a young age (drawing, singing, toilet etc) & have no qualms, so why not modesty? Children like to imitate their parents, so when my daughter sees her mother & grandmothers wear hijab, she imitates and we encourage it. I don’t make her wear hijab all the time, but its good if she encouraged now so she will adapt as she grows.
@christinatgn I have no one to prove my Muslimness too, but I am responsible in bringing up my daughter in the best Islamic way possible and I believe I am doing that. I am not the best muslim and I am not a famous person and so there is no person I have anything to prove to. And I dont think u see it that way.
@christinatgn this little lady loves her hijab, much like most little girls love to place little crowns on their head, the little Muslimah loves her crowned hijab. It isnt a question of "necessity" but rather preference and the choice of the mum and daughter involved. My nieces beg to wear hijab even when we didnt want to 'necessarily' put it on them =) But back to this sweet little lady, She is absolutely precious! Keep up the good work mum n dad! <3
@christinatgn there is nothing wrong with letting a little girl at her age wear Hijab, nor did anyone say it was obligatory , it may be because she maybe wants to imitate her mother , but it may also be a good way of getting used to the Hijab wallahu Alaam.

@christinatgn : you are right in this age it is not necessary to wear hijab, it is just teaching her, since she was small.
