@gusgus80 - My guitar is clearly audible in this video. You can clearly distinguish my guitar if you listen to the last note of the solo (the bend to high E) as I clearly hold it longer than the CD and it is very audible. Also listen to the difference in volume of the CD's rhythm while I'm holding out that high E vs. when I start back on the riff after the solo - clearly distinguishable. I don't, however, have my guitar so loud that it completely overpowers the rest of the mix.

@CrediblePanic Your guitar blends well with the music, but you can still clearly hear even the small differences like at 0:18. You put more of a vibrato there (and sounds like a pinch harmonic too), while Mustaine just did more of a simple bend of the note. You can clearly hear the difference and distinguish between the two, if you're at all familiar with the song. Or maybe some of us just pay a lot more attention to minor details in music, and others (like the guy above) don't.
