  • Wow those horses are very talented i wonder if they do the moonwalk?

  • Never thought these horse could dance. They really are beautiful!!!

  • @jony10marifer well actualy and asa matter of fact they are the best dancing horses ))

  • Wonderfull!

  • Omg! Looks difficult

  • Actually these horses are very sensitive to any pulling on the reins or kicking to their stomachs, only the slightest tap is enough and you can't pull on the reins much at all or the horse over responds (yes I have ridden them) they are very well trained

  • @Hardificationify well dear i have been ridding them owning them just u got them used on that to be sensitive they are very strong can be pulled strong and kicked hardling in stomac with even needels attached to the boots and hitten with sticks but just hold ur self caz they get so fucken nervouse so much and so fast they are hot blooded same as all arabs )) so if u are sensitive with them they ride u and lead u not u do :))

  • this "dancing" its really bad dressage, and riders who kick there horses to much

  • @horsecrazy8900 This isn´t bad dressage, it´s better dressage. These horses are not having their mouths yanked around, that´s the main difference that I see.

  • @animalobsessed1 The horses mouths arent yanked around in dressage.......and it isnt better dressage at all. obviously you dont know what good dressage is.

  • @horsecrazy8900 Of course there are good dressage riders who do not hurt or harm the horses, but there are also many more who do hurt them. The reason is simple: dressage makes it very easy to get away with pulling the horse´s mouth and making it look okay, unless the people watching are paying special attention to it. Normally though, they´d be paying attention to the "graceful" movements, not the mouth.

  • @animalobsessed1 ive ridden dressage....we make it look like we pull on the reins but were not, we keep a tight rein but not pull. your wrong, obviously you dont understand dressage.

  • THIS IS TORCHURE

  • @cloudyloverMONKEY how is this torchure its just horses dancing

  • @northblackwolves11 Not quite torture, but those horses are very unhappy.

  • that's just normal dressage, not even a very good one.check out moorlands totilas, black stallion from the netherlands.this what you say is "dancing":DD

  • @Buechi20 because Totilas is "good dressage" ? roflmao ! check on youtube 'rollkur horse abuse' , it teaches the horses to pick up their legs very high, that's all...circus dressage as much as the hollow piaffe in this video...

  • @drorydressage Please do research before posting ignorant comments. Not all dressage riders use Rollkur to train horses to get into a frame. Rollkur hyper flexing the horses neck, which I don't agree with, but it is not used to teach horses to "pick up their legs very high." That makes no sense whatsoever. Totilas was born with natural extravagant movement and does not show "circus dressage" training at all. If you knew anything about dressage you would know what was correct vs "circus" training

  • @rhymeswithbam it is not an ignorant comment. and if i agree with you not all dressage riders train behind the vertical, but it is like...95%; with various degrees of severity. "teaching" the horses to pick up their legs was a misuse of words, but the effect is real, because working in a low down round frame shortens the brachioencephalic muscle, and when the head comes up again 'competition frame', this shortened muscle literraly pulls up the legs...

  • @drorydressage Well, it is the brachiocephalicus muscle...And I do understand your concern, I do not agree with Rollkur either. I would not go as far as saying 95% of dressage riders practice this. I know PLENTY who do not hyper-flex their horses to make them round. I do know some, though, who over-flex their horses as a correction, and as a very short-term use. Some people even hyper-flex to correct horses who take off with them or prone to buck. It depends on the context on where to judge.

  • and of course, if you apply this technique to a horse born with a lot of suspension, you're in for some show in the arena...but that is not dressage.

  • @drorydressage Which technique? Rollkur? What is dressage to you then? Just because a horse naturally has a lot of suspension does not mean you have to use Rollkur to show it...and just because a horse moves beautifully by nature does not mean it is trained correctly. Judges can tell if horses are trained well and the movements are correct. Totilas would not be the greatest horse of his time if he had poor training. Dressage is not just about gaits, but correctly displaying varied movements.

  • WOWWWWWWWWWW J´E ADOREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

  • it's sort of like... peruvian caballos de paso

The peruvian caballo de paso is a mixture of a LOT of horses, including arab horses and spanish horses.

  • this horse from egypt and this music its egyptian from the South

  • @ALPEPE2000 and Egypt is a part of the arabian nation sweetheart : )

  • @RuffianQueenOfRacing NOT ANY HORSE CAN DANCE EVERY HORSE THAT DANCES IS ACCUALLY TRAINED TO DANCE BY PEOPLE THAT KNOW HOW TO TRAIN THEM TO DANCE AND DO EACH STEP INCASE YOU DIDNT '' KNOW ''

  • Beautiful :)

  • i love arabion horses, but not in this way!

  • I find this really sad.. Never ever would I do this to my mare..

  • Terrorist horses

  • @Jsmith858522 u r jealous and envy arabs even in their horses. u r a zionist. I bet that an Arab fucked u when u r a child.. by the way ur horses are like cows hahahah

  • @Naseer958

You make absolutely no sense. So an arab molested me as a child, but yet I am jealous of them? lol fucking idiot.

  • @Naseer958 LOL for once im siding with Jsmith instead of fighting with them!

incase you didnt notice you insensitive child, any horse can "dance" like these horses do in this video, with training or without, so what is there to be jealous of when someone could just walk out the back to their horse and get them to what these horses are doing. every horse looks like a horse not a cow, if you wanted to know what a cow looked like, go look the the mirror! nuff said!

  • @RuffianQueenOfRacing haha who is this? I smell u a dirty zionist, open the dictionary, and look up the word ZIONISt, and u will find it mean '' A human animal who is fed with occupation of others' lands, and whose face looks like the pig's face, and whose ass looks like Bush's face. Then who told u we re talking about the dancing here,.Have u read his comment?. u r suck like him. Your horses are more expensive than ur cows, u know why coz ur horses weigh more than ur cows do

  • @Naseer958 you just described yourself perfectly!

also, grown horses always weigh more then cows, you know why!? because they are bigger! especially racers! so why dont you grow up a little before you try and get technicle =P

  • The white one is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • The Chesnut is pissed....he doesn't like to dance(and no not saying he's abused, just doesn't seem to be his cup of tea), but the Grey loves it! So relaxed and calm. I will always stand up for dancing Arabians. It been around since the Arabian set hoof in the deserts sands for the first time. This is were your fancy dressage comes from ladies and gentlemen.

  • That's so cool.

  • The Arabs is the msot fantastic horse I ever been riding. i Am currently riding a arab on my school his name is maszerat.i Hi is absolutely amazing. :) The arabs is the best horse ever :D

  • Look at their power !! They have so much energy they can't stay in one place, It's kind of amazing what horses can do

  • Beautiful piaffe! I have an new found love for Arabian horses, mostly because of the Arabian mare that I am riding in lessons. She's 23 years old full of life, intellegent, sensitive and practically a mind reader! She's the best horse in our class and I'm lucky I get to ride her!!! :)

  • I don't think thee is enjoyingg it very mucch

  • arab horses and mexican horses are the best dancers...

  • bounce bounce baby(:

  • Most of the time you see dancing arabians that are threated very cruel but this is very very good.

  • great work just need to get there back up so they are using hindquarters and heads a little lower this gives more bounce and lift. i love ding this with my own arabs their so easy to teach good work.

  • im sure pakistanis would have done a better job

  • hey my horse and best friend are from chihuahau

  • @TheHorseRider01 clearly the horse isn't terified because if he/she was he would be rearing, pinning his/hers ears back and freaking out. the horse is fine so get a knowledge on these beautiful creatures before you jump to conclusions

  • Lovely horses, fancy dancing, well behaved, very smart and the trainers did well, and they both are healthy. I hate when people post negative remarks, it show what kind of person they are just by taking the time to post and we all know the truth. A+ for the horse and it's trainer. Allah Akbar / Shalom and PEACE!

  • You always have people complaining and screaming abuse. What the hell? You can see the dude on the grey is a little rougher but do you know that horse? No, maybe he just has more attitude and needs a little more force. The guy only gets that way when the horse gives him attitude. He is in no way hurting the horse. They are not running around chasing the horses with whips. I don't see anything wrong with how the chestnut is being treated. His rider is being pretty light with his hands.

  • Pulling reins, kicking, using whips. Yeah this horse is really having 'fun'. And it has nothing to do with dancing, this is just cruelty and disgusting to watch.

  • ugly ass horses

  • @TANK303denver - Jealous and we all know this us true. Conversation STOPS here.

  • european horses are dwarfs

  • @ghettoksa Dwarfs? You don't know anything about European horses do you?

  • That Grey one reminds my of my Grey arab Styx =] <3

  • I know, they are too ruff with them. God just train it with respect instead of like being ruff and making it feel uncomfortable. The white ones head was like really high, same with the brown one at times.... It probably hurts their mouth on how they yank the reins;( jag offs

  • i love how the brown horse swishes its tail

  • Very horrible. :(

  • The white one lookin pretty confuced...

  • Poor,poor horse =*(

The man gravitates the horse moth =(

  • Man, horses are terrible dancers. Talk about only knowing one move on the D floor...

  • I am just saying you can register a TN Walker under the Arabian registration but I will know by the gait. I like the tails they get & nice heads & necks but if your gonna do this breed back to high Arab stock again & again to take the best of the TN. Walker & get it back to Arab. Many beautiful Arab crosses to get the best qualities. I just don't like Americanized Arabian's to me its an insult in ways.

  • This is the Majestic beauty & tradition of the Arabian. I can't stand Derby hats & the American way with them. Yet I am American, I also know the middle east let few of its better lines go to America. The Derby hat belongs on a TN Walker. I don't like a Walker gait on an Arabian.

  • i never liked arab horses, but i have to say this is pretty cute :)

  • very cool.

  • But your rigth: The piaffe ist perfect!

  • @schattenwolfe397 and lightslily101:

When I ask my horse to turn I'm much more polite and don't pull in my horses mouth! Other Land, other culture...

  • Hahaa I was there ;D

  • Haji dressage xD

  • Do you see how he pulls the Horse in the Mouth on 00:20 ? That is cruel !

  • @gautiundkolka no he asked the horse to turn

  • have you seen dressage and jumpers? it's the same thing. it's not cruel, it's discipline, and as lightslily said, he was asking for a turn.

  • How do you train the horses to do this?

I saw a bit of jerking on the reins in some parts.

  • i dont know what you want. The brown one is a bit angry but the white one? it looks better making a piaffe than a lot of horses who are going to olimpia.

  • im mexican too.... and i happen to own an arab... its true this breed has been dancing fo years n years... infact there the oldest breed!!! alot of purebreds out there have arab blood in them!

  • Yes it is! It takes time and work to safely work with a horse in the first place, let alone this in particular!

  • at 0:24 was that part of the routine?

  • The white one was BEAUTIFUL!!!

    The tail was GORGEOUS

  • Thats cool, My grandpa use to train horses for this when he was alive, I remember going to see the horses when i was a kid, here in South Texas US, we love this shit but havnt seen them do this in awail, thats cool that other cultures do this,

  • Where in South Texas did you grow up, if you don't mind my asking?

  • Arabs were the original cowboys :) most horse breeds in the world today descend from the Arabian breed, beautiful animals... behind the politics theres a lot different cultures have in common.

  • @Revert2Truth - Arabs not "COWBOYS" they are HORSEMANS the original horsemans and COWBOYS are in America. The COWBOYS would be the Afro Americans who are the true COWBOYS because that what they was put into in the slavery to do all the dirty work for the EVIL slave owners back in those days. The lazy ass slave masters would call in the slaves to coral their cows and train their horses. I believe the Arabs know all about how their Biblical brothers and sisters was treated by Seeds of Satan

  • Comment removed

  • @EricaAmazing1 I really wasn't going to say anything but I must. You must be very, very young to think and write like that. In a few years and a bit of reading here and there you will know all you need to know about slavery anywhere. Forget colour, slavery has been around and still is despite anyone's race. I can't hold any of your comments against you, but you must know they simply aren't true, the truth is completely opposite to what you know and say. Yet from now on you can know if you want.

  • @MsCuriousCat Boy are you ignorant. Your right about Arabs not being cowboys (no cows) but cowboys were rarely black (I have cowboys in my ancestry) The slaves were mostly in the southeast not the west. There were black cowboys but they weren't slaves. Cowboys were not slaves. You don't know much about the american old west thats for sure. Suggest you read a great story called "Smoky the Cow Horse" Might be difficult for u the characters talk with a cowboy (Texan) accent. You will LOVE Smoky!

  • @MsCuriousCat oh one more thing. Cowboys did not consider their job to be dirty work. My dream vacation is to go to Texas and go on a real live cattle run. Yea we can still do that For fun and PAY for the opportunity and I would LOVE it though I might be getting a bit old for it :(

  • @Revert2Truth I'm arab and I don't understand what you wrote 100% but let say what Iam very sure about our horses. The arabian horses breed comes from the arabian peninsula and the westerns got some of it from our land and took them to europe and then from there to north america that is why they call them arabian horses. In fact, the more the arabian horse has pure arabian blood, the more its price rises. However, I don't know about the other horses breeds and I don't care since they are ugly

  • They are not copying Mexicans.... the Arabs have been doing this for centuries.... they like to show how well trained the horse is by dancing right next to people.

  • He probably learned how previously!

  • im mexican my self but you are so wrong Arbs have been doing this for centuries, and you sertenly have to train horses to do this no horse will dance on it´s own with out any training not like this, the Arab culture is highly respected in northen Mexico Chihuahua to be exact for the amazing work they do with horses and their the Arabian horse it´s self.

  • Arabian Horses are the best Horses. I am from Egypt and I have my stable. I teach some of my horses to dance. It takes a year of hard work for the horse to perfect a routine. Part of the routine is to make the horse move his arm as if he is shaking hands. Then to make the horse sit down on the floor then raise its arm whilst sitting. This is quite tricky and not all horses can do this. It is a big story and the trainers have their knowledge passed from generation to generation.

  • By the way. The names of the Horses are Al Fatih (The Bay Stallion), he is the current champion of dancing in Egypt and is ridden by one of the top trainers in Egypt called Karam Sarhan. The second horse is Yaqut, he is an excellent horse however he was given as a gift from his owner, khaled bin laden, to a Saudi Prince.

  • @migelitogg This is true horses have to be trained to do this. What I want to know is do they just hop around the whole time or do they do something else? This is kind of boring and not that cool. I love Arabians and own a Arabian and Arabian cross, but this video sucks and they need to teach them something else.

  • @migelitogg i never knew that i allways respected mexicans i respect them amongst all race good job brother

  • @migelitogg . i have to correct you my arab does this. and i have not trained her and no one has. it is natural for a arab or any other horse to do this . however arabs have that way of 'look at me everyone'

  • @migelitogg .... I know what you mean. This isn't an easy move for any horse. They have to have properly trained muscles through hours of practise before being able to do this. Try jogging in place while bringing your knees high but making no progress forward. And I *Don't* mean on a treadmill ....

  • quite clever really.

  • O my goodness, there is a dying horse in the background....Oh no wait, that just the music!

  • le blanc est complètement crispé o_O c'est cool il piaf mais là il est en train de se tuer le dos ... mais bon

  • Trow bo .

Sérieux y claque ces Pur Sangs Arabes .

    Poooww !

  • Beautiful Horses :D

  • that thin guy is Shiekh Salem Binladen and that horse is from Egypt from Rabab Stud Farm ... and the show was in France 2007 champion for arabian horses

  • @amrhaggag Do you know the names of the horses?

  • Where does this dance originate from

  • Probably Arabia or Egypt. look at the costume on the horses.

  • The riders weren't probably kicking the horses on purpose. Every rider kicks the horse while trotting of any other trot-like movement. You would think that sitting the piaffe would be easy -- just sit there. But really it is very bumpy and again, the piaffe is trot-like because of the way the horses legs fall. So naturally every rider kicks the horse by accident. Just tape yourself riding and play it back -- you'll see ;)

  • all arab horses know how to dance it is in there blood just with a little training and they will do it naturally

  • هاذا الحصان ولا بلاش اتعب على اللون بس

  • Wow, that was horrible. Neither of them was happy to be there, and the little grey one was terrified. In a short time both of those horses will have joint and tendon injuries.

Way to jab at the mouth, hammer with your heels and misappropriate a culture, as well as a discipline of riding.

  • Oo, someone is a little wrong!! In dressage they do the piaffe all the time. This is just a very long piaffe. So chill. Jab the mouth? I see the reins bouncing sometimes. Hammering the heels? no, more like a slight bump in the side every now and then to remind them what they are doing. Yes, I can SOo see the grey his horrified. with its tail UP? Wow, learn about horses before you bash videos.

  • I didn't think it was very pleasant either. The horses didn't look happy, they looked tense and nervous.

  • the owners clearly care for their horses and obviously aren't doing them any harm. the horses are the way they make their money so why would they hurt them??

  • wow talk about big cues. this jackass doesn't think his horse can feel him put pressure on his ribs, so he has to kick the crap out of him and scare his horse. fuckin towlheads

  • I don't think he was kicking, though I may be wrong, it looked like he couldn't steady himself in the gait and kept bumping the horse trying to gain balance.

  • I love watching Arabian horses dance!

  • anyone know the song name , or could tell me of one sounds like it ?

  • That is just a traditional music played by hand made instruments, well popular in Egypt.

    hope that helped.

  • :D hhahhaha

  • I love arabian horses but in ths clip i dislike the riders. they are yanking and tugging at the bit and the actually kick with much force... They grey arab is my fav in this clip.

  • the horses don't look happy in their work. the arab may be very hot blooded but that doesn't mean piaffe should be difficult to maintain. the neck of an arab is high set but they will arch their neck if relaxed through their back

  • It isn't abuse, my last arabian would dance like this whenever he was excited. Most arabians do this naturally. It's also a very cultural thing; Arabian horses are highly revered in the middle east and have been for thousands of years. Just because it's different than other competitive riding disciplines doesn't make it abuse.

  • I so agree!

  • ARABIAN LOVE THE horses AND WESTERN people LOVE THE DOGS

  • looks like a paffe in dresssage!

  • I didn't like the way the rider on the gray jabbed her in the mouth after he kicked her on to keep the movement up she was like a performing animal as they kept on and on asking for the same movement with out a break.

  • just because she "jabbed" her in the mouth and nudged her with her legs doesn't mean that it's abuse.

  • ma sti scemi non sanno minimamente cosa sia il dressage...poveri cavalli e poveri deficienti!

  • e vero ,nice horse though. ciao Italia from USA

  • love you egypt

  • the grey arab is actually doing a pissage!

its a dressage movement its not dancing??

  • 'dancing' is a natural thing that most arabs do. they train them to keep it up while riding them and perform it in shows like this. it's very similar to the dressage movement, but they're not competing for points here, it's just a show. : ) arabs are beautiful! my first horse was an arab and i would never choose another breed over them!

    : D

  • Arabs do dance naturally but that is not what this is. Its back is hollow, its neck cocked, its ears are pinned way back and its switching its tail. This horse is very frustrated and uncomfortable

  • naturally? well there are many different types among arabs and have never come across one doing this naturally O.o

  • stallions are horses which have this in them naturally

  • when talking about piaff, both stallion and mare can perform piaff, the sex doesnt matter :D

  • Dressage is natural for all horses because it's based off things they already do in the pasture with other horses...at least classical dressage. Modern isn't as natural but still easy for the horse if trained well.

  • I never said dressage isnt natural. (though I wouldnt call it that, rather natural-based, since it highlights and exaggerates natural movements) I only replyid to someone who said this type of dancing comes naturally to arabs..

  • um I've seen quite a few do some movements naturally, including many arabs. I don't really see your point either it's natural to them or it's not. It's not only natural for some.

  • you´ve seen arabs performing piaff by themselves in some pasture? Passage I´d understand but piaff? xD And I typed very simply a)I said I dont see dressage as unnatural and b) I told u my earlier comment was ment for that other guy. Sure some breeds perform certaing gates and thing better than other breeds. But I´ve never heard a horse performing piaff by itself in some pasture. Why? Because it´s the only unnatural movement in dressage.

  • lol yeah I mean passage. Sorry I wasn't understanding what you were trying to say.

  • :D heh that´s ok!

  • An arab stallion I knew from Egypt used to dance piaff-like movements in the pasture along the fences when there where mares around. He was not trained to dance. He looked impressive whenever he started his little show off and most certainly he looked totally natural! There isn't such a thing as "unnatural" movements for horses unless you force the animal to do a headstand. Everything they can be trained to do with/on their four legs is sort of natural. Else, how could they do it?

  • "Everything they can be trained to do with/on their four legs is sort of natural" movements in dressage are natural, but there´s a twist: in dressage the movements are highly increased, and that makes them less natural. Even M.Roberts had said that the only thing he´s remove from dressage is the piaff. I know I know, he hasnt lived he´s life among snobby arabs, but yeah I´ve seen nonarabs, even a fjord, doing passage when highly tense. But they do it ONLY for short time/periods, not long

  • "But they do it ONLY for short time/periods, not long "

I very much agree here. I had that in mind but had reached the letters limit and didn't want to add another comment. ;-) The problem with certain so called "unnatural" moves of trained horses is the highly increased period of time the animals have to perform them. But that is universal law: Carriage horses very soon get tendom and joint trouble when trotting on hard ground 12 hours a day, 7 days per week even though moving natural.

  • if a horse can do it, its natural... all people teach them is the aids when we ask for the horse to perform them. people dont teach any movements to horses...we only teach them to do them on que. its all natural..the only unatural thing is the person on the horses back :P

  • a movement is 100% pure natural if you see it being performed among wild horses and excatly similar to how a rider makes the horse perform it. For example piaff and passage in the form you see them in showrings, is NOT natural. Same goes with canterchanges and pirouettes. You also dont see wild horses performing courbettes nor spanish walk the "extreme" way humans increase them into. Just because the animal has potential or ability to perform a certain movement, doesnt make it natural to it.

  • @Mirpuri420 Stallion = Any male horse not castrated. Gelding = castrated male horse.

  • The ears are NOT "pinned way back"

  • You need go to Egypt and just turn on these music near any arabic horse and you'll found him dancing alone .. miss you my Egypt miss you ..

  • Wow beautiful horse!! luvv the dancing too cute!

  • ha ha ha

  • my opnion that this video very intersting but we want more and more of dancing egyptian horses
