I figured it out. It's actually not a Frescobaldi work at all. It is a musical hoax by Gaspar Cassadó.

I have both played and conducted this piece. I have heard it performed by soloists, orchestras and wind bands and I believe you are the first to actually capture the true tempo and mood of the "pesante section" then followed by the "allegro giusto" section. Congrats!!!!
