It's only a 186 hp. so a 6 furrow 14 - 21 inches plow is pretty much standard, this is a 7 or 8 furrow plow, but what I can see, it's not adjustable, probably an 14 - 16 inch.....so the size is about right.

Ok,but my dad had an xt190 allis about a 72 model it pulled a 5 bottom and i believe it was rated about 90hp.Now granted it might have had the injector pump turned up we did not know since we bought it used in '79.

Thats what she said.....jk i bet your right he still has the plow but the 190 went to tractor heaven.He bought a 385 massy ferguson about 7 years ago...Not the same it sits very low and the perkin has a lot of eginge noise which im told is normal for perkins.the old xt 190 sat very high great for visabilty but sucked on those cold missouri days in the fall planting wheat....no cab.

funny1farm, no wonder urs wouldn't stay together, those big of engines aren't meant to be wrapped that high. u shouldn't really ever do over 2500 rpm w/ them if u want to keep them around for a while

Hey that is a CASE "A" model plow I can tell by looking though it is a seven furrow plow and according to my sources 6 is as big as they were made in though seeing this has me wondering ??? Was this plow modified or  was it a seven furrow since new? I am very curious about that plow!!!!
