can i do this as a 130 derv and if so do i have to pull

also does the rest of the mob have any disenchants or interrupts?

is this only dooable by a 130 derv in a certain mode?

1, he has 55 hp to help spoil victor because it only works if they have more hp then you. The boss does have some skills that will ignore PS which means you cannot 55/130 the normal way. 2, the only mode you can get tomes in HM. So you really got no choice in your modes...

spoil victor alone wont kill the boss. However, good news is you could just re-roll as A/N and run the build on your Sin. Use a set of 55hp armour/cesta too, so that you dont kill yourself with dark pact :)
