So in effect this makes your bow a crossbow. But it wasn't designed to be a crossbow and be held at full draw like this. I wonder whether the manufacturer's would be oblige to honor a warranty claim on a bow used like this?

and shotguns dont wound deer they do just fine if u have any marksmanship at all...thats all u can use here in indiana shotguns,muzzleloaders and pistols or a rifle that shoots a pistol bullet..i use a marlin 44 mag lever action..i can put 3 shots in the same hole from 80 yards with iron sights and a good rest..Bows are WAYYYYYY funner tho..yeah i said funner..and im getting a Mathews z7 for christmas

@fishnkid1923 well you might shot a shot gun good with good reast do you care one with you in the woods they dont here slugs do kill deer but they wound a lot of deer to limp around a 50cal muzzleoader with 150grs powder kills them real fast it more like a 30-30 they use to let people hunt wih pistols they to was just wounding deer they did away with them . this up coming yr muzzleloaders and 223 and up rilfes and bows or maby just crossbows

In indiana you can bowhunt from october 1 - jan. 4th.... i think jan. 4th but im not sure,,i know u can bowhunt til January 1st..u can hunt during firearm and muzzleloader season with a bow too..but all the gunshots going off make the deer spooky and most of the big bucks go nocturnal..during early archery season there are tons more deer even tho it is not as cold..i have seen 60 deer in one day b4 while i was bowhunting,i wasnt in a stand tho,i was stalking

I am on my mothers utube account I appoligize. nice how to get her done. watch the vid above yours or type in, compoud bow no sights. You will see the little brown rat on top a box. I hit him in the heart twice with now sights on a bow that was strung for a woman not a guy with a six foot wing span. The shots would have been closer in succession but I had to wait for my camera man. That is only a thirty/ maybe thirty-five yard shot. arrows cut wrong,draw length and no sights. You do it.lol

LOL I got a 185 and a 171 class whitetail and never used a zerodraw. so you dont need that. I agree with souchekridgerunner . No challenge. If you are good at deer hunting and take the time to set up correctly, 99% of the time you wont get busted drawing back or getting up.

hope you dont use a release to shoot your bow because it also holds your bow at full draw and is illegal in wi. if it is all about the challenge then hunt with a long bow. many states have make it legal to hunt with a crossbow now. but if you want to scour a 180 and up class deer then you need the zerodraw. the gman
