  • its funny people fed into his claims of "changing" america, look where we are now? same place

  • The antichrist will now have to do a bit more then vote "present"

The actual number of Obama's "present" votes was 129 during his eight years in the Illinois Senate.

  • It sounds me. Don't you speak of the Democrat primaries?

  • Better Obama than somebody who will probably die halfway through their term and be replaced by Palin.

  • How would you like it if I said you would die in two years, and you did.

    Modern time improves life expectancy.

McCains not going to die, get if through your HEAD.

  • John- Let me share something with you.

I am not a Democrat. And I do not think Obama is the perfect candidate. In fact he does things that hack me off sometimes.

That said...the reason that I am busting your balls is that your vids are not intellectually honest.

    I admire your passion.

But, bending facts, omitting context, or glossing over the flaws of your man...do little to help your candidate and makes you look less than credible .

Keep this fight clean. ...and may the best man win!

  • There is an interesting story here. We have Obama, who symbolizes change and inspires millions with his speeches. We have McCain who hase been working across party lines for 25 years to get stuff done and having this in a Pres would be real change. So who do we choose? The symbol or the real deal? I am afraid if we choose the symbol then nothing will really change. My two videos tell the story of the choice we have.

  • And your are willing to omit the following?

That McCain shamelessly over sells his war hero image and compared to other POWs his record is not that good

-That he ceased being a "maverick" bipartisan when he cow towed to the ultra right to get the nomination

-That he has flipped on some issues he once held dear (including waterboarding)

None of this matters too you?

That fact that he has more "character "problems than Obama does not fit into you mix?

  • This is getting crazy...I proved McCain didn't flip on torture...and has very solid reasons for changing his views on Oil and Taxes. Obama can't even admit the surge worked, has nothing but an extreme partisan liberal record (see abortion), and has changed his view on every major issue just in the past two months! If you want a socialist gov please feel free to vote for Obama. In the meantime tell all your frineds how silly my videos are so they can watch them and I get get my views up!!

  • The REAL quote:

"Denial, Anger, bargaining, despair-I'm not sure I went through all the stages prescribed by experts. At some point though, I arrived at acceptance of my limits, and, in a way, my mortality...it was this acceptance that allowed me to come up with the idea to run for the Senate"

He had the guts to run for office despite the situation with his name

Not exactly the same message as you portray.

  • In the first part of his book "Audacity of Hope" he writes about 9-11. Not how the lost of lives and how America responded inspired him to make America better and run for office. He writes about how 9-11 would make his politcal ambitions more difficult. I'm sorry, it open a little door into what Obama really cares about.

  • Like McCain is squeaky clean:

He broke and gave classified intel to his captors ( most pilots did not) then calls himself a war hero

-He cheated on his first wife while she was in the hospital

-He was nearly busted for corruption, early in his political career

-and his fortune is based on alcohol sales.

And this poster is upset because Obama was in a real estate deal with a "future" convict.

And WTF? How does this guy know what Obama was thinking during 911???

    Jeezz!

  • I know what he was thinking b/c it was IN HIS BOOK!!!!

  • john- You misquoted and did not include the context:

The real quote: "Hell of thing...he said (a media consultant)

    you can't change your name".

Obama-" I suspected he was right and the realization ate away at me"

This in NO WAY says that he did not grieve for 911...and his situation is obvious to anyone. Tell me, if you were in his shoes..that the thought would not occur to you.

And you really torqued the "Denial" quote to suit your needs: REAL quote in the next box.

    (continued)

  • The context was Obama's politcal career....you can't deny that. I am sure he felt bad about 9-11...but what did he WRITE about??...his career.

  • So now that we have dealt with that...care to comment on the rest of my post regarding McCain's phony

image. Did I say anything that is not true?

"People who live in glass houses" etc.

  • You haven't dealt with anything....you won't even start with McCains real bipartisan record that Obama can't even wish to match. This record shows that McCain can truely bring the two sides together to get things done. Obama just wants a liberal majority and doesn't really care about uniting the country.

  • So...what you are saying is the fact that you misquoted and took things out of context is not important?

    Ok whatever.

I note that you say "I am sure he felt bad about 9-11"

Thanks for clearing that up...because it is not at all clear that you fell that way in your hatchet-job video.

  • He didn't feel bad enough to write about it...he felt bad enough about his career and the effect of 9-11 in the first three pages of his book.

  • dude call the McCain campaign and get on board with them. they need people like you with a gift of communication. Forget the Britney Spears and paris Hilton Ads...we need ads that make people go "wow". I think your other one is perfect. This one is good too. other than the advice stated as above, the cigarette image is too inflammatory for an ad (seems to personal, more attack than exposure of his political weaknesses). Otherwise keep up the good work!

    MCCAIN FOR PRESIENT!!!

  • Thanks for the feedback..help me get the message to the masses!

  • I agree...Mccain is Bush's third term

  • huh? how does that agree with my reply. if it was sarcasm it was poorly placed.

  • Me and you, we see eye to eye. McCain is only going to continue Bush's failed policies. Mtoosxy, we are two peas in a pod...

  • What failed policies....?

    Katrina? McCain criticized that.

    Floods? McCain criticized that.

What about Iraq? Oh yeah, it's only a failed policy to liberals.

What about tax cuts for the rich? Any smart man who invested in stocks to get dividends benefits.

What about him being McBush? That's a petty name-call.

What happened to straight-talk express? What happened to race in the election after Obama said Republicans will make them afraid of him because he's black?

  • Katrina- McCain was celebrating his birthday and eating cake with Bush when it all happen.

Iraq- 10 Billion dollars for a war, for W and Dick's greed for oil. Where are the WMD? There were no connections with 9/11 and Iraq, so invade because of "WMD". John McCain said it best "in the 21 century, nations don't invade other nations" I guess he forgot about Iraq

On race- during the forum, why did McCain start talking about meeting black women towards the end of the questions?

  • "CNN reports that John McCain is aggressively trying to win over the independent vote. Yeah, of course, to John McCain, independent means anyone who can make it to the toilet without help." --Conan O'Brien

  • McCain is on social security

  • Wow, nicely done.

  • You 29%'ers crack me up. Thank god you all live in fly over states. I just wish there was a law barring anyone who voted for bush twice to ever vote again.

  • DOPE 08!

  • Seriously needs a remix with the guitar lower and the voice re recorded so that it is clear.

Then it needs to be broadcast nation wide.

  • Your right...thanks for the feedback. I think my other video is better...check it out and spread the word...

  • My mom is convinced that Obama is going to win, but after seeing the videos I have seen, including these, I totally disagree with my mother. >:(

    MCCAIN 08!!

  • 5 star video!

Obama = sleazy politician pretending to be against political sleaze. He's the sleaziest of all!

McCain = Statesman, war hero, patriot, Presidential.

  • Obama: COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY

  • I agree with the general message of the video, but I don't agree with one of your quotes. You say, "After 9/11, Obama was in 'denial, anger, bargaining, despair' about his unfulfilled political ambitions." However, the book actually says:

"Denial, anger, bargaining, despair--I'm not sure I went through all the stages prescribed by the experts."

Then he says he reaches acceptance. Again, I still believe the general point that he is ambitious is correct, but most (probably all) politicians are.

  • Good point...my point is that Obama seems to always seem to make his views fit with his political needs. That is in contrast with McCain, at least in my view. You should check out my other video....

  • I agree with that. McCain has done a good job making it clear that he wants the best for this country, especially with his "I would rather lose and election than lose a war" line.

Also, I watched the other video prior to this one and favorited it.

  • brilliant. could almost see this on the tv (well, if ever bothered watching that nonsense!)

  • Libs have control of the media now but when this is all said and done, GWB will be looked upon with great respect. A man that, although the libs tried to defeat him from within his own borders, fought on. The leftists care more about regaining power. I wouldn't expect you CJW to understand or care because you're not the target-you're not #1 like we are. I'd consider you an irrelevant annoyance. Jealousy most likely drives people like you. No matter what we do, you'll be unhappy with us-so what!

  • I agree - Bush will be lauded as one of the greatest presidents in history.

He has freed millions and kept us safe. He is a man of moral conviction (even though I don't always agree with him) his presidency has been lead by his faith.

  • Rock on, youthforoil. I like your name and think you're doing the Lord's work!

  • Bush messed up Iraq after the invasion...and he spent too much money. Other than that I agree.

  • Being shot down in Vietnam does not make u a great leader. When will America's fascination with Hollywood style hero/Prsident's come to an end? What America needs, and the world, is a leader who will change America's foreign policy.A President who supports dialogue over war.A President who has the mandate of the people, not the mandate of a Republican judge (Bush's presidential win in the courts). A President who accepts the UN as the highest authority. And a President who will not lie.

  • We need a president who will put the needs of the American people before everything else. Obama has not shown any ability to do this, nor has he shown any interest in bipartisanship. He wants a liberal majority and could care less about reaching across the isle to get things done. McCain has a long history of doing just that.

  • Good work, johnRF77! I find it remarkable that just a short time ago, the word "surge" was a repulsive word to a Democrat and now somehow we find a whacko like Barbara Boxer can shape, twist & lie about Obama's position and contort it somehow to make it look like McCain is against the surge policy/Obama is for. Remember, people like Gen. Petraeus determine tactics and politicians follow. Pinheads like Obama get wind of these and act like somehow they are the leaders of the movement. Sick!

  • Thanks ort77...

  • Got your back, john!

  • Hey Buddy! Have u not noticed something?GWB sent America into a war that had NO meaning!how do u fight terrorism? With smart bombs? With tanks? With multi million dollar aircraft? Dont think so mate.U guys have seiously underestimated your enemy. You guys are getting smashed! And deservedly so.You guys had NO battle plan.U have lost THIS war.Its gone...Now, politicians like Obama and McCain r picking up the pieces. They r trying to work out what the next move os.USA has been defeated in Iraq.

  • Wow, CJ, just where have you been? I know the news is a bit slow up there but this is 2008! I hope you've maybe picked up a recent newspaper or listened to the news lately but the bad news or good news, (depending on who your rooting for) we're kicking butt. Maybe you live in Quebec where they're a little slow in the French/English translation. I'm sure there's a French word for winning. Try "gagnant". So, mate, they are losing - for real. Step out of the fog and find out for yourself.

  • WOW. This is just a stupid statement. We are leaving Iraq a democracy.....Job Done. And it is thanks to McCain.

  • Ha. You have to be kidding me mate!Suddenly, the war has become popular again mate? You Americans are so so STUPID!I just cant believe it.On what mandate did you have to invade another soverign country?Ha ha..Leaving Iraq a democracy.HA that is the most ridiculous statement have ever heard.Your govt FAILED to do its homework on the enemy. You thought by attacking Baghdad with the 'shock and awe' tactic that the enemy would be defeated.Oops.WRONG.GWB stands on deck of ship and says "War is over"ha

  • Hey MATE..lets have this talk in about ten years and see what history says about Iraq and McCain (I won't defend Bush b/c I don't like him very much either)

  • History, my friend, is going to be very very cruel towards America and its decision to invade Iraq.If you think it is your right to give another country democracy, why hav'nt you invaded Zimbabwe,Sudan,China,Cuba,Haiti,Kenya,Tibet, and list goes on and on and on.......There is an old saying mate "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink it".

  • Just a tip. If you ever get the chance you should vist Australia. It's a WONDERFUL country. I know; I have "mates" there. lol G'day, mate. :P Best wishes to your family in Lebanon ...MATE.

  • Oh, and u don't like Bush? But I bet my bottom dollar you voted for him in the first and second election. And now you say you don't like him? HAHAHAHAHA.thats so funny mate eh.Oh, by the way mate, im Aussie.

  • An Aussie living in Canada being critical of the US - very little respect for that. You compare African countries, Cuba, TIBET?? to Iraq. Have you any sense at all? Did you know anything about the UN Resolutions that Iraq ignored and the history there? Please get informed before you post otherwise you sound, well, foolish. After 9/11, this nation needed to take action against real threats and Sadaam was the biggest. Others are still out there and to believe otherwise is to be naive...or stupid.

  • whoa dude! The mandates, er by the way, were probably ignored by Saddam for this reason.HE HAD NO WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION!just face it mate. There was NO WMD's.That was the (false)argument that America was putting forward (for its case to fight Iraq) to the UN and the rest of the world.Saddam posed absolutely no threat to you guy's whatsoever! Its a FACT buddy.Again, your just showing your true gun-ho western stle attitude to the world here mate.Get a lfe.U prob voted for the fruit loop to(GWB)

  • CJ, WMD were found. All you've done is listened to the Media Matters talking points and ignored the facts. We didn't find mass quantities of WMD. What about yellow cake just shipped last month to your country that was missed and underreported by your people? Your country wasn't attacked because you're irrelevant. We're #1 & a target of the world. I know that's hard for you to comprehend but we've had to deal with that for a long time. I vote for the person who will protect me and my family, yes!

  • Your stereotyping is fine with me. I don't really care what the world thinks of us. What matters is reality, not perceptions. You can sit up there and poke fun and Pres. Bush all you want but he's done his job, better than Al Gore could ever do or John Kerry could ever dream of doing. Obama has shown he doesn't have a spine. His head is up his rear end and he's an elitist - something Middle America won't vote for in a million years. So again, I tell you CJ, what you think just doesn't matter.

  • McCain shifted on the bush tax cuts, immigration, oil drilling, and gun control. I understand you will obviously vote for McCain, and I don't think he's a bad guy at all, but you are villainizing Obama and turning a blind eye to McCain's own hypocrisies. Changing position isn't a bad thing...it's just politics. And your candidate has shifted to his base just like Obama started shifting to the center (which makes me angry but whatever). Party politics requires hypocrisy, it seems.

  • Tax Cuts...based on the economy,

Immigration...no shift. He stood his ground on need for a pathway to citizenship during primary.

Oil Drilling...$4 gas. Would have been more politically convenient to shift during primary but he didn't and got pounded for it in debates.

    Gun control? Never.

Difference: McCain shifts for the good of the country; Obama for political reasons.

"It's just politics" I thought Obama was going to change politics?

  • Excellent video, it is quite clear that Obama is neither fit or qualified to be the POTUS. He is a great magician though, making people see something that is not there (judgment, values, character, integrity, honesty, consensus building). Sadly, America has given up hope for a better future, and now they will vote in a politician/celebrity who will pander to the lowest common denominator and ensure that our children are worse off than we were through his economic, environmental & foreign policy.

  • More of the same spin that just doesn't stick. Rezko? EVERY investigation shows NO improprieties. Rev. Wright? A cranky old man, a Marine veteran, who dares to speak his mind, that the USA just might not be the best country ever. Of course, McCain's godbothering buddies, calling the Catholic Church The Great Whore and that Hitler was sent by God, that's OK, right?

OMG, Obama used the rules against an opponent who BROKE THE RULES!!! How dastardly.

    Sucks to be you, Slappy.

  • Its funny how Obama can walk on water in your eyes.

  • McCain didn't sit in his church for 20 years.

And Wright did't just say "America might not be the best country ever." If that was all he said I don't think it would be an issue.

With Rezko it is not about breaking the law but about character and judgement.

Get off the cool-aid my brother.

  • Thanks. Although I'm an Obama fan I like watching people's videos who have a different opinion. McCain has similar policy shifts in his election campaign versus his history as a senator, so it goes pretty much back to party politics.

It's a good video though. If you can, redo your vocals and drop the music just a hair...was a little hard to hear.

  • McCain shifts for the good of the country. Obama shifts for political gain.

Case in point: Wouldn't it have been better for McCain to say we will drill during the primary's when we was getting hammered for it. He shifted when gas went to $4.

Taxes are obvious..don't raise taxes during a downturn.

Other than that you will be hard pressed to find any other policy changes for McCain.

  • Well done. Keep digging and give us some more. God help this country should this person be elected. I used to believe William Jefferson Clinton was the ultimate panderer, however, Barack Hussein Obama has got him beat by miles. Thanks again for the video. WKatz

  • Thanks. I will put another out soon.

    Please pass on.

  • Your video rocks - now let's see one on why we SHOULD vote for McCain! :)

  • This video was made to show a contrast to McCains new video about his service and bipartisan efforts.

  • Excellent points made! Truth & justice is he is not trustworthy nor views of what constitutes justice.

  • Lets try and spread the word....the media has given Obama a pass.

  • I don't trust him...and I don't trust him for America!!

  • Thanks for the feedback. I will work on the music.

  • Excellent commentary... Your narration of the Obama story is probably one of the best run downs of the story I've seen yet...

The play on "WoRDS" is brilliant! Very impressive piece you put together!

    5*s

  • Thanks for the feedback.

    Pass on if you like.

  • good vid, but the guitar music was too loud.
