I've never experimented like that with bright colors except if it was eyeliner. Which, I should cuz I can learn to really control where the color is going. Usually my color choices are earth tones, or deep colors like shimmery olive green or any shade of purple so it's super easy to fix and I don't ever challenge myself to use much of a technique.

If you can't find Jewel Blue you can subsitute with Electric Eel, Atlantic Blue, steamy, Melody, Turquoise Matte Pigment, Turquoise pigment, Aquadisiac, or any of the blues from the Beauties Factory 120 or Coastal Scents 88 palettes. No reason to commit to Jewel Blue.

hey there! for this video.. the 239 is a flat shader brush.. that one is for mainly adding color on... if u flip it on it's side it could blend... the 222 is a crease brush... the 217 brush is also used as a crease brush but its fluffier so its better at blending... i hope that helped somewhat? (=
