Where 70 or so scottish mps can vote in English(UK) matters against almost 600 English mps.

...The westminster question;

where 600 English mps can vote an unfair poll tax on the scottish people a full year before english people are subject to it.

The overwhelming majority of English M.P.'s gives lie to the spurious claim you are trying to foster, or maybe you just can't count.
