@bittertruthnavin I checked your footage but too blurry to make out what the image is. Guessing, it maybe one of the military's top secret flying machines. The military has a number of classified things that would blow one's mind.

Yes - that is rather interesting I agree. Possibly the object in the clouds swiftly whips around and rushes past the camera. If it is the same object then the speed must be phenomenal to perform such a manoeuvre. It all happens very fast.
Noone has replied to earlier comment of the second object which looks the same flies at much higher altitude as the main object comes into shot. The second object is high in the clouds directly above the mountain peak at 0:03. Both objects can be seen in same frame.
As an avid fly fisher and fly tying tutor I have to say that the outline of the entity in the video is wholly unfamiliar to me. The close crop images (of stills not shown here) illustrate a cylindrical or even bullet-shaped object that is unlike anything I have ever witnessed in my time studying entomology. Motion blur behind the entity indicates great speed also.
I would say that Bob is a logical type of man and, like most of us, who see strange things he just wants answers. I admire others who have the courage to come forward and share their experiences as many unhelpful bullies would prefer to drive honest witnesses to silence. That helps no one discover anything of course.
My guess would be that as this guy Bob is a Cumbrian, he'd be well used to seeing Typhoon and various aircraft flying over that area regularly, so this is obviously something he hasn't seen before or recognises.

This story is being picked up by various media. It's being reprinted only in part, so readers are actually getting only part of the full story. Some sites are being unfair in their reporting and not providing their source of information which is unfortunate in this case as it's causing quite a stir in the UFO community. When the witness kindly brought this clip to me there was just something that made me want to investigate it further. Bob was just videoing his dog on a mobile phone video camera he inadvertently captured a mysterious flying object in the sky. Whatever it was it just had to go into my book. Cumbria has been a UFO hot spot.
i want to believe .i did see what looked like a tiny metalic derby shaped object ,only it appears to fly very close to the camera ,that just happened to be running .
There seems to be 2 objects on this video, one appears @ 0:03 you can see both. One high in the clouds, slower moving and the one that flashes in front of the camera... hmm
One possible explanation...

In the clouds above the mountain you can see a black speck appear, Just before the black dot flys across, but as he zooms in it goes off screen.
