After watching this several times now (thanks Curmodgeon), I realize that this is not only priceless lore because of the fight, but because of the guy who introduces the band. He's classic. Somewhere on YouTube, I expect there is a video of him being interviewed (why should I expect anything less, YouTube is amazing for Nirvana fans).

75 people watched a man all smoked out on crack beat the shit out of me in front of the Pyramid Club in 1983. I was using a public telephone-he thought I was working for the CIA and spying on him.

It was between sets, we were all outside, summer time , hot as hell, + not one goddamn poseur could bother to call 911 while this guy beat a woman with a spiked ring he wore on his hand to make his fist a more deadly weapon.

Bastards! Type of people Kurt hated as fans.
