Also if one person has a genetic disease or even an defect in any way, everyone will have it. So there is a possibility of having a single disease wiping out the human race. No Thanks!

@ybaby1990 Haha, humans number in the billions, no need to worry about that. There's around 2.5 billion girls right? It's not possible to wipe a species with 2.5 billion different genetic makeups with a single genetic disease, unless you want only one ill "queen" to asexually reproduce and everyone else just die. Reproducing asexually might even wipe out genetic diseases, because there's no chance of dormant diseases emerging again.
