I didn't have a c section but I spent a day in hospital and still lost weight since I barely had the appetite for food even after a week food was a struggle. Bethenny is great I haven't watched all the seasons but she is very level headed and is the voice of reason.

wtf is she talking about? c section you're there for no more than four days that's without complications and they allow you to eat solids less than 24 hours later

She's right--I had a c-section and I didn't eat for DAYS. I lost all my weight..like woosh! unfortunately I gained it back a year later. :(
