Just to point out, these "viruses" are pretty much useless. I tried sending one to myself through an ISP email client an G mail. Both clients flagged them, my ISP flagged it as spam and G mail flagged it as an executable file. I even tried an .bat to exe converter, within seconds my AV went apeshit and caught it because it was a .exe format.

So yeah, these are pretty much useless you have the balls to load one off a thumb drive into your enemys computer.

Batch Viruses are simple to make. All you need is note pad, like the guy is using here. And as one already stated, it is not illegal to send a .bat virus of the internet as long as it is no malicious. I have three scripts that I found on the web that are dangerous, and could really fuck someons shit up. But, I only have them for learning purposes only.

No it doesn't, to delete everything, you need use del C:\ *.* /s /q

/s to delete all subdirectories and /q for quiet mode, or it will prompt for confirmation.

Anyway, it will take awhile, and nothing stops the person from closing the window...

Nope, i am saying that if you ask a cmd to delete system32, it will ask you to do [Y/N] (yes or no) after that it will run thrugh it and delete it all, but it wont be deleted. It will only look like it. Cause the comp wont shutdown.
