No...it's standard gauge. The train is coming out of Mack Point, which is one of Maine's larger shipping ports. There is a large oil terminal down there too and that oil is probably going up to one of the paper mills in Millinocket, ME. At the time, the BAR interchanged with Guildford/Maine Central, Canadian Pacific, and Canadian National Railroads.

That track looks like a really narrow gauge... is that a closed circuit line?
