Wow, great house :)

Im sorry to post this on here but i need help. I've just bought the sims 3 game and everytime i play on it, it crashes and i then have to shut down my computer :( My computer is brand new and meets all the requirements yet it stil crashes. It usually has a pop up that says "display driver stopped responding and has recovered" then it usually shuts down. It's really annoying because i lose all my unsaved game. Can any one help? (sorry for posting this)
