How do you play runescape? What internet browser? High detail? Standard? Safe Mode?

I use swiftkit and the browser it comes with (its a RS client just search it on yt it helps aloooot), i play in high detail cuz this is a new comp from liek christmas '09, and not in afe mode tbh i still dont know what it does =/
