2/2, I'm with Amazon now where fraud is less and sellers/traders are well controlled. Ebay is a mess! Even with your money willing to do business, nobody trust you the moment you get online and you can trust nobody. Everything has to be proven with hard evidence otherwise, you've had it. I have no time for all of this, life's far too busy.

2/2, In Amazon, you deal with UK sellers only as can only receive, sent to/from UK address. You cannot trade in Amazon USA with UK account. All these is to safeguard sellers and buyers. In Ebay, foreign scam infiltrate the website cause it open to anyone even when they are fraudulent. Sad!. Not saying Amazon is perfect but I never had a problem with it. £148 from a UK seller is a brilliant price but as a lot of questions first, refer seller to my youtube videos. Get assurances too. best way is go to shenzhen where all these watch phone are manufactured in factories ,check for yo self and purchase,if you are going as tourist.

1/2, No, the answer is no unless you got time for hassle. These watches are not hassle free you know. Some may be OK initially but such Chinese products have a habit of developing problems as times goes on. There's a serious problem with quality. Those fuckers just want to grab your money. One guy sells it in Amazon for £148 so have a look. Amazon is safer than Ebay. Amazon take the cash from your account so you don pay any1 but Amazon while the item is sent.

hahah sorry for your watch phones doggy condition dude,never truct e-bay much once my cousin got a broken mustek prt-DVD-PLAYER,if you want good quality watch phones buy directly from manufacturing factory called KINTECH-IN SHENZHEN,SHENZEN IS SOME 30 MINUTES FERRY FROM HONG-KONG.ALWAYS BUY FROM MANUFACUTRER,RATHER THAN INDUVIDUALS COZ THAY MAY USE THESE WATCH PHONES AND TRY TO SELL IT OF ONCE THEY TAMPER WITH IT.

1/2, Both actually! The seller went 'MUTE' after a while. Communication ceased completely. Had to rely on my own evidence and a real fight with Paypal using all sort from trading standards to Paypal head office. I think I'm done with Paypal, well not for any large amount or long distance.
