Wow! Timed that 0-100 kph like 100 times & got times between 3.7-4.1 seconds! Imagine this thing's true 0-60 mph time & imagine if testers use the "GM/Cadillac" 0-60 measuring standard (cough) 1 foot roll-out (cough) the F10 prolly will hit 0-60 in 3.5 s! & this thing hit 300 kph without 6th & there was still 7th gear laying & waiting! Gegenüber dem E60 konnte der Normverbrauch um ca. 30% gesenkt werden...je nach dem wie gut der Fahrer im Spritsparen ist, differiert der von ihm erzielte Verbrauchswert um ungefähr den selben Prozentsatz...d.h. ein "schlechter" Fahrer im neuen und ein "guter" im alten kommen beide auf ungefähr den gleichen Verbrauch...solche Maßnahmen in Nieschenprodukten einzuführen ist schon etwas penibel...wahrscheinlich aus Immage-Gründen...naja, schneller als der E60 ist er trotzdem

Also der 1. bis 60 km/h und der 2. bis 115 (rechnerisch) und der 3. bis ca. 175 ist jetzt nicht gerade lang...aber der 4. aufwärts ist echt untypisch...theoretisch ginge laut Rechnung der 7. als Overdrive bis 442 km/h :D d.h bei den max 305 km/h dreht der gerade mal 5000 U/min!

Um den wheelspin gering zu halten hätte ich den 1. länger und wegen dem Sprint bis zum 6. Gang kürzer übersetzt...

Ich habe diese Maßnahmen nicht bemängelt, sondern nur auf ihre Sinnhaftigkeit geprüft. Natürlich sind die ca. 20,5 tsd M5 E60/61 viel für seine Klasse, aber haben absolut gesehen weder einen merklichen Einfluss, noch passen sie in das Lastenheft eines Sportwagens, wo der Spaß und nicht Vernunft im Vordergrund steht...

@Aquarius086 Firstly, I don't think the 3 year old RS6 with the 6 year old car body and transmission system is comparable to this high-tech beamer...but in spite of that they are equal from 0-100 kph. Up to 200kph the M5 is just 0.7s quicker (according to fastestlaps com) -at best driving conditions! If they get worse the quattro Audi surely will step ahead! But on track the F10 did a huge step compared to the previous one (which was slower than the Audi)! Let's see what the RS6 C7 can do...
