I completely agree!!!! In most chinese restaurants they have mongolian bbq but cooked chinese way they just use the name mongolian bbq....Mongolian countryside people cooks real good food mongolian way..
Mongolian bbq is my fav chinese restaraunt :]the grill thingy is the best :D! Ive been to people to places with the grills but they dont tase as good as mongolian
There are too many shallow minded Russian mongolians who could't figure out Mongolian BBQ or Mongolian beef are not mean Mongolian food at all.Those are names of the dishes!

Amazingly mongols of the central part hate mongols of the west part calling them animals!Of course they hate muslim turkic kazah people who live in Mongolia for thousand years!

Had some lo mein fried up with shrimp, crabmeat, brocolli and mushrooms with spicy sauce and garlic, with a dash of sherry.
