Um I agree with you on the fact Lady Bats a dude, but that proof won't prove anything, watch any anime that has a tomboy male character and sometimes not even a tomboy male character and when a they dress up for roles like that you'll find one or two girls dressing as either the butler or waiter depending on the scenario.
