For those who are confused, here is a quick rundown: You, the BoS and Liberty Prime march from the Citadel to the Purifier. Of course the Enclave are panicking at the sight of a 40-foot tall super robot, so they throw everything they've got at you: Troops, Vertibirds, Forcefields and even Artillery. @Ese1997 No the level is irrelevant. Just make sure you installed it and not just downloaded it. Don't use the FEV this time, and you should wake up after dieing. If you go to the credits, try pressing " continue game", if it shows up. If you really have a problem, search some forums on this topic, I bet there are other people that had the same problem.

Explain to me, does broken steel begin after you die? or is it before? did you survive the refiner and now fight the enclave? or are you playing as someone else?

@videocritic2463 You gotta plug it in before you go to Purifier. When you input the code, instead of dying your character survives (you can also send someone else, like Fawkes or Charon instead) and you continue playing. After finishing Broken Steel quest line, you can play Fallout 3 as usual. There are also some new sidequests.

Listen to one, go the waypoint, and have fun. You must complete the game to unlock Broken Steel, but that is automatic if you installed it.

No, the narrarator is Ron Perlman aka Hellboy, or the guy from Sons of Anarchy. James is voiced by Liam Neeson the guy from Star Wars Ep 1 and Batman. Though i do agree Ron's voice is perfect for it and the war quote is my favorite in any video game.

@200GpCashRS The heavy incinerator is a stronger version of the flamer, that shoots fireballs automatically. And the tri-beam laser rifle is basically a sawn off version of the laser rifle. It shoots laser beams, it is fully auto, and has I think - 60 - 70 damage if all of the beams hit the target. It's basically a rifle version of the laser pistol: protectrons gaze. You can get protectron's gaze from from the Mechanist, and you can get the tri-beam and incinerator from enemies.

It also has the best story in ANYTHING ever.

I haven't read a book or seen a movie with a better story than the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series.

But I will give it props for playability.

Die-Hard MW1 and 2 fans would still love this game, but not necessarily S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
