Whats funny to me is that out of the entire 535 of congress only a few have relatives that were in the war.Also, mind you that we are not talking about war zones.Few to mention,Joe Wilson,Ducan Hunter,Todd Akin,John Kline.Its not right what lies they have told to flare this war.Innocent soldiers died in the name on money.Bush walks away and the American people do nothing.They protest on Obama when in fact zionists are behind everything even the war.Not Obama.They run the WhiteHouse.Protest them.

Well captain dumass maybe next time you sign a contract you will read the dam thing instead of just the page with the bonus on it. Stoploss is not a draft, it is pretty clear in the contract that you obligate yourself to a certain time, mine happens to be upto 8 years.

That's Bush's problem, he committed us to a less than serious war.

I'm less than impressed that Israel and defeat Egypt, Jordan and Syria in 6 days but the United States can't defeat Iraq and Afghanistan in 5 years.

War needs to be taken seriously, other wise just stay home.

If justified, history has honored those with such courage. Many only have the respect of those they fought with, some have been jailed, some later justified. In 1998 three soldiers were awarded with medals for their intervention in the My Lai Massacre, it took 30 years!

Army deserters are heroes! Support disserting US troops! If you are currently in the US armed services I beg you to desert as deserting is the only honorable thing to do because the American government has been seized by fascists. JUST QUIT THE US ARMED FORCES. Those that still support the fraudulent war are fighting for empire rather than true patriotism. True patriotism is the refusal to enter into an illegal war or a repressive occupation.

He was already out. The uniform is his -- he paid for it.

which means nothing. The uniform represents the united states military. If he is no longer part of that department he should not be allowed to represent them by wearing the uniform. Also, when he received that uniform he was under the rules of the US military which doesn't allow you to attend political events in uniform. Just because HE left the military doesn't mean that that rule changes.
