  • Yupp, the world must of really ended with y2k cuz everything went to shit after that. haha especially music, DAMN, I want the 90's back. **sigh** I guess I'll just put this song on repeat... Ha

  • FUCK I miss the 90s....

  • @PsychoTaZ04 Nirvana and Soundgarden and Offspring and Alice in Chains need I continue? the 90's the last of the REAL music

  • this was my dad's song.

we used to jam this all the time.

i miss him so much, R.I.P dad, i love you <3

  • is that bass a music man?

  • My best friend sent me this song randomly before she randomly left out of no where, I wish I listened to it at the time so I knew the meaning.

  • 90's muzik Yayyyyyyy!

  • remembering the 90s. miss the music

  • can someone please tell me what this song is about?? I would love to know!! I love this song

  • I love this song! Good song!

  • Pff more like Billy Bob Thornton's son!! Haha for real if you can't picture Billy look him up! Identical

  • why is vevo so slow on my phone!!!!! sorry!

  • Man, i thought this song was SENSATIONAL when it came out! The career of Jakob reminds me a bit of Julian Lennon's, though: heavy burden to carry the weight of a larger than life father, very promising start, but no real break through. I vividly remember my mother's reaction when seeing this: 'he has a better voice than his father and certainly looks a lot more appealing!' No comment on that one:)

  • let's make reverency to the fabulous and unforgettable 90's !!!!!!!!!!

  • this song reminds me of my ex fiancee .. that was the frist time i herd it ... kinda makes me nastangic ...... of when times back then were happy not great but happy

  • This song is 15 years old already. Of all the things that have pause buttons these days, I guess life is not one of them.

  • AMAZIIIIING!!!! (= .... <3___<3

  • i would turn gay for his voice

  • Oh 90's where did you go :(

  • I like the Tinman

  • repetition,I always underestimate myself to new people

  • yes as a percussionist it brings back memories of repition, those were the days

  • Whatever happened to music like this?

  • @2004Taurus When you find out, let me know.

  • @PsychoTaZ04 I'm on it !

  • The answer is NO! you can't remix this song..whoever you are. And for the record....i'm black so this should be taken seriously

  • Fair to say u would have made ur father proud Jacob. wish u continued man, ur lyrics are amazing.

  • i don't get why they tape up the amps. we all know you are using marshalls, the generic tone tells me that. why hide it? the gold sorta looks pretty.

  • The world changes, but songs will always remain the same. This is why music is such an important part of my life.

  • fuckin 90s were the shit

  • @crazyramus yes they were!!!!

  • LIKE FATHER LIKE SON WOW!!!!

  • FUCKIN AWESOME!!!!

  • aint it crazy how JUST HEARING A SONG can almost make u relive an expierience that happened 15 years ago?!?!

  • @johnpagecontraband Yeah, i feel that. it happens every time i hear this song. If im in my truck and it comes on i have to change the station. i love this song, but now as the years go by and i get older i feel like its haunting me! i guess thats what happens when your best friends pass away. anything can be a trigger for the memories, and as a good song should.

  • @megherscher thats the prob with it...it brings back all memories...good and bad...sry about ur friend

  • @megherscher True, this song reminds me of the man I lived with in my 20s who killed himself (I don't know why, been happily married forever but the past is not erased) I know quite a few more by now. People think they want to live to be 100 years-old, they don't realize they will have lost all of their friends and most if not all of their family they grew up with.

  • @1caninelover I have a lot to say about that. but with more words, and with them i couldn't have said it any better. i have a relative who said to me years before he died at 86 "the thing about my age is everyone i have ever known and loved that are not my decedents, are dead and gone." it took me years to get that.

  • @johnpagecontraband yeah thinking the same thing listening to this song.

  • @johnpagecontraband yeah this song was playing on my cassette tape in 1998 when I was 16 turning 17 that year I totalled my grandpa's car!

  • @SuperHorseman22 HOW IRONIC!! lol

  • @DJChafe yes I did realize how ironic it was!

  • We can drive it home... With one headlight

  • Met Jacob Dylan at the house of blues back in '10 definetly a unique classics artist

  • Bob son is soooo damn fine!!!

  • De lo mejorcito de los 90s. Segun las estadisticas del video me sorprende que el Perú sea uno de los que mas ha visto este video, generalmente nuestro mapa nunca esta resaltado cuando de musica buena se trata :)

  • 90s music is just too damn good. Take that Bieber!

  • Was listening in 2006. Not in 2012

  • Over 100 people don't even have one headlight.

  • Too bad bob dylan wrote this..

  • @CGianarelli no its not to bad !!!!! bob sang other peoples songs????

  • Oldie but goodie!

  • I love the symbolism with his father's trademark hat. He's got it on then the hat just hangs there. Both him and his father are amazing writers. ...but he's MUCH easier to look at. lol

  • A song from when I was little. <3 I love the nineties.

  • He looks like a magician

  • still freezing... even after abortionfest and dock spiders revisited via the "webteam" of "one".

  • e-dubble

  • he looks like my pillow mmmmhhhhmmmmm his eyes mine eyes marriage lol

  • @wsl3docmob @gorath330 He is, he even looks a bit like him, they have the same eyes.

  • Wow

  • I saw Bob Dylan in concert. Best damn show ever!!!

  • No mistaking his paternity at all, the resemblance to his dad is amazing

  • I just realized that he is Bob Dylan's son, damn.

  • @starbeem6 is he?

  • @starbeem6 Foreal?!!

  • @starbeem6 You should also realize that you're a moron.

  • @MarkJansen01 well that was not needed

  • @starbeem6 Like father, like son.

  • I was driving home one night from a Gwar concert and this song came on the radio. So I put in a Gwar CD and turned it all the way up.

  • A note to the trolls crying about the date being wrong: The album was released in '96, the single was released in early '97 and it won 2 Grammys in '98. The 2005 copyright in the description is most likely referring to the Interscope's Digital Distribution copyright of the video.

  • Me gusta esta canción ^_^

  • One of my favorite songs - got me through the hardest time in my life after my husband died - my sons and I played this at least a thousand times, and to this day it still reminds me of him... <3

  • good lord, those eyes!

  • Yea, One head-light will only get you pulled over by the county Sheriffs in my small ,town. They are nor a leinient these days as they were back in 70's. Now-a-days, they will just slap your HAPPY ASS in jail!!!

  • One of the greatest drinking songs of all time. Bob Dylan Ain't got shit on this! Get nostalgic about the 70s'! Get nostalgic about the 90s! Personally, my experience of this track was breaking a town bullies car headlight with a 2 x 4 and me and my mate sung one head light for a little bit. Like I said, top song!

  • Forgot all about this song, until randomly I found the album with this at goodwill for a dollar. BEST DOLLAR EVER!

  • This song came out in 2011, idiots.

  • @checkmafootwork That is funny when this song by this group hit #1 in 1996.

  • @checkmafootwork You're such a troll.

  • omg i was 13 years old...

  • strange to think when this song came out , it was just a cool popular song. If something like this came out now, it would be a big deal. It shows how good music was in the 90's that this song/group wan't that big. Great song.

  • Hearing this song reminds me of cruising in the neighborhood on my ferocious brightly coloured plastic Big Wheel, wearing my light up tennis shoes and completely mitch-matching Lion King sweat-shirt with a sideways neon cap on my 90's bowl haircut. Of days when entertainment wasn't playing the state of the art XBox connect but getting your blood pumping when you saw a turtle shell about to wipe you out, when Mighty Ducks was still making sequels, when CD players were golden commodities. The 90s.

  • hahahaha cant believe some morons think this a 2005 song

  • @pulsarcolosal Apparently they are not fans of. I've noticed several older videos on here have the wrong year on them.

  • Y empezamos este frio martes con una buena rolita... buen dia!!!!!!!

  • This song is from the album Bringing down the horse...which came out in 1996...not 2005 you morons!

  • i love his eyes

  • lol this song is from 2005 not the 90's.

    fucking retards

  • @MrPsychoraiden The Wallflowers won a grammy for Best Rock Song for "One Headlight" in 1998. Fucking retard.

  • @MrPsychoraiden it´s from 1996 i think

  • he looks alot like his dad when he was young

  • the 90's <3

  • Glad I came across these guys music again. I had forgotten how good they were. Whatever happened to them?

  • @Big8535 they reformed a couple days ago :D

  • dam the I love base line dum dum dumdum !! So awesome!

  • Love this song!

  • Is the singer of this band the same from Audioslave?? If it is not i guess they both look alike a lot.

  • @MrPokerpanda1 The singer is Jakob Dylan, the son of Bob Dylan.

  • @PJB1775 Really, Bob Dylan's son, I never knew it. Very cool.

  • Shit his eyes are lovely. Add it with a voice like that..

  • Looks just like his father.

  • They're back together!!!! sooo happy

  • Im mexican I heard this song when I was 15 n still loving it everything its great on this song I love it I love it I love

  • I have always loved this song

  • 90's music come back please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • we can it home with one headlight....

  • It's 3:AM, I can't sleep...Imsomnia brought me here!

  • tumbs up if relient k brought you here

  • @jenerub I can manage a tumb.

  • @FAA4Life666 srr if i wrote it wrong :p

  • @jenerub Lol, was just pokin' fun.

  • nothing is forever <3

  • His eyes are pretty awesome looking.

  • This is one of those songs where the lyrics (kinda) don't make sense when you read it, but singing to the marvellous melodies, it suddenly does. The cool thing is, I didn't care how they looked, dressed or even if they're all fat dudes with beautiful manly voices! That's the bane of music nowadays. You look pretty enough, the records can start selling even if your stuff is shit.

  • Great song to jam to with guitar, you can solo the whole song as It is basically just drum, bass, and keyboard that you can hear.

  • one of the best songs of anytime really..

  • Love this song

  • That song is frome the early 90s.

  • Does enyone no the name of a song that says --do you want to be my angel--do you want to be my angel--so help me Jesus. ps Thank You for your help.

  • One of the only '90s bands I liked. Jakob inherited his father's songwriting skill. Lucky for him he didn't inherit his voice. Kid's a good singer.

  • oare sfarsitul lumii,in 2012,ar putea veni pe piesa asta?

  • I like the young man 's voice...the music group is very good...but what surprises me the most...is how much J. looks like his dad...but the eyes, and eyebrows.......very nice.

I wish them all the luck for a great career

  • It's amazing. I never thought much about this song when it came out. Didn't hate it, didn't love it.

Then I heard it a few years ago, and really loved it. It's funny how things work out that way.

Maybe I'm just missing days gone by.

  • @tortuga388 That's probably because you were too young or the song needed to grow on you, but I'll tell you something that's amazing. It's amazing that with all the new video recorders, editing software, and technological advancements that somehow videos in the 90's easily surpass music videos of today... or maybe it's because a director can't make a good film without a well thought-out plot much like how people can't make good music videos to a shit song.

  • @tortuga388 Maybe now you have nothing but just one headlight...and you appreciate this song now.

  • @tortuga388 Its funny about the days gone by idea, i was thinking the same thing when this song came into my mind today. I remember riding down the road when this song was popular, windows down, not a care in the world. how we long for days gone by!

  • @jr82255 Maybe we should have appreciated those days a little more, huh?

I've learned my lesson and try to squeeze as much enjoyment out of every minute of every day now. I'm happier for it.

  • Comment removed

  • @tortuga388 Shit sorry.. I read your replies backwards... but I meant to stick up for what you were saying but I read it wrong oops

  • @tortuga388 You're just missing real music.. Most people who didn't forget what music is ... they can't make much of that anymore its all been done so they stick to electro which was what sold in the 90s

  • Good Song - FUCK VEVO

  • Wow he really looks like his dad. And has the good songwriting ability like him too

  • @LifeShun yeah, this song is deep, just like daddy dylan wrote it.

  • I didn't know that Michael Stipe from R.E.M. was in this video! (I'm just kidding but the bald guy sure reminds me of him)

  • "i turn the engine but the engine doesn't turn" - that's life in a nutshell

  • I finally grasp the depth of his lyrics message

  • @emrok76 you mean one of the best songs ever!!!!!

  • I think right around this time I was stoked for that "new" Godzilla movie to come out lol

  • Jakob should have been bigger than this...he is so talented. Bob Dylan should be proud.

  • they didn't know how to finish

  • yeah they sounded good but inexperienced

  • They need to let the ending jam out a little bit more, it's pretty tight.

  • Some of the most beautiful eyes on earth.

  • @mooglely i love them

  • Good tune thanks VEVO.

  • "Man I ain't changed, but I know I ain't the same."

Typifies a guy who loved the hell out of 90's music, but still can't stand the shit being produced in today's music industry. That's me.

  • Man, this takes me WAAAAYYYY back. We're not young anymore but still got the memories ;)

  • THAT HEADLIGHT HAS TO LEAD ME TO WHAT I REALLY WANT IN LIFE, IN 2012..IT HAS TO BE A BETTER YEAR FOR ME, PERSONALLY AND PROFESSIONALLY..AND THE GAL I WANT, KITTY..A NEW PLACE TO LIVE, A GREATER JOB AND PEACE OF MIND FOR THE FIRST TIME IN AGES....PEACE.HEALTH.PROSPERITY AND SANITY IN AMERICA AND OUR LIVES...LOVE U KITTY....DAMN....

  • Yea, another song that makes mewant to march! LOL!!!

  • One of the best songs of the 90's

  • @emrok76 what are you talking about the song is from 2005

  • @dolanb10 nopp you are wrong so is the description i think its 1996

  • this song is sooooooo good

  • hard not to stare into those ghostly eyes

  • There's no case. There are 5 boxes of pancake min in an insult hamper from a cowardess response.

  • Thus we have learned that if you're not a schitzoeffective DOG viviisectioned product of stalking and government parasitism, the "alternative" to working for MI5 is NOT having to work for MI6 or their sicko fucking doctors.

    You die really well.

Without even movnig a muscle in objection.

That "So what, I'm uneducted again" killed millions. All of the attitude, none of the survivability of regular suicide nations. See anyone from England jumping on a plane who isn't packed full of desenitizers?

  • This is one of those good wholesome songs, where you feel totally satisfied after listening, just because it's so damn good.

  • 2000??ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?

Have you ever heard of audioslave?

    audioslave=2001

  • This sound is so beautiful...

  • Bob Dylan is untouchable... but this is
