@etard82 spot on... based on personal experience... i was training in champs elysees few years back in a 3star place.. i got paid peanuts, worked 12h shifts in a very hot kitchen.. i had 3year hotel service experience before joining... but yeah the exposure and the skills i get out of the place is amazing. now i have my own place the and the customers seemed to be happy with my handiwork
