  • I get more focused with smoking the green stuff but I quite bc I had to. I want to meditate and have the same reaction I had with it. I get clear minded and my inventions becomes clear. I want that without the herbs! Hope what ever you have in mind works!!

  • You should of just waited until you had it, so the audience, does not sit and wait for 6 minutes. That is 6, 600 people x 6 minutes is many minutes. Life is short so better just to get the monkey out of the box and do the gig. Thank you

  • Blessings. The greatest obstical to mediation, besides my monkey mind, is my husband. It doesn't seem to matter when I try to meditate,even if he isn't home, he finds a way to sabatoge it. He needs my attention right then. If he's asleep,he wakes up. If he's at work, he calls. It amazes me how he knows just when I'm about to reach trance & break it.

May the creator bless you. I meditate and have experienced dream like visions, some time i fall sleep other time i just cant get there due to by baby's needing me 24/7. But im trying hard.

  • I do not know about you. I know we can go to the next level of life - cocreation, cooperation, and finaly leave behind the old paradigm of competition (exclusion, not enough, separation, pay me for, and so on). I'm on my way, and I love it.

  • aim, brath(silva-meth.), feel the body, reconnect body- heart- mind, reconnect with source, creator of everything there is. I am - on the way - to my aim. everything else - if there is - is just outside. I am ready to give/receive in complete absence of interruption. ;)

  • for me it's weird, but i find it easier to do something new because it seems to quit my mind. like i did a meditation focused on a candle flame. worked first time, but the inner chitchat didn't shut up next times. same for all sorts of audio, even breathing. well. actually breathing leads to sleeping :). was told i should sleep until i can't sleep no more anand then try to meditate = no chance it will make me sleepy. haven't tried yet though....

  • Through my Cannabis Meditation practices, I get right to the information I'm seeking, subtle information. Cannabis shuts down the proper places in my conscious mind so I can work with ease within. The amazing artwork of my Star Wheels, beautiful hand made Sacred Geometry. Other Shamans use other forms of catalysts/visionary plants for their meditation practices, I've only used Cannabis for the purpose of knowing secrets to the Universe but my finances need to catch up to where I am spiritually.

  • I have done a few techniques from primordial sound to holoshyc to the moses code, and they all work in a way I just keep finding something else to experience, I would love to know what your method it :)

  • Actually I was achieving things through meditation for 2 months I was practising it, but suddently I stoped.. procrastrination I guess, since then have been quite difficult to reach what I think is the alpha level.. I putted on practice lot of advises posted in Finerminds.. so thanx for that! :)

  • @kaezar220982 same thing happened to me! I think I have to have a deeper sense of faith its like the motivator behind all of it to KNOW things I want WiLL manifest! I just lose interest when things are going ok for me.but then weeks go on and im back to the old ways and a crappy life! haha So I know what I gotta do thanks for your comment and thank u Viashen!

  • Every time I attempt to meditate I tend to always think if I'm actually meditating, and I believe that distracts me from actually meditating because there's thoughts still going through my head.

  • I have Parkinsons Disease and my body either has tremors from not enough medication or jerking from too much medication (called Dystonia). This interrupts my medication because I'm focusing on my jerking leg, etc.

  • @texasearthangel People with dis-eases are told they have one, so they have one. Anything to do with twitching, has to do with being severely dehydrated and demineralized, I am an Ionized Water Guru with Kangen water, oh and you are very deficient in magnesium. Your doctor doesn't tell you this because he/she makes more money on the poisonous pharmaceuticals. They keep you sick just enough to keep their pockets lined with gold...master cards. I'm a distributor for Kangen ionized water.

  • I try everyday to gather my thoughts and listen to the silence...I naturally talk a lot and when I was little my dad always told me to listen to the silence, it didn't make much sense to me then, I can do it easily, not all the time, some days when I don't feel very connected, the mental chatter doesn't let me. I am very curious about this!

  • I have used meditation with affirmations to find answers for myself. After reading up on meditation I choose a few techniques and melded them into my own. It took me a month to get the results I was hoping for. I just use perseverance as a tool because I knew it could be done.

  • What works for me is a combination of prayer meditation. I ask the Divine questions, give thanks, render over my burdens, and then listen. That's it.

  • I use sound meditation when I meditate, like chanting "Ahhhh" in the morning meditation and "OM" in the evening. It really helps your mind to stay focused. Also don't try to stop thoughts because that just puts your focus on the thing you are trying to stop.... thoughts! :) I just focus on "seeing" through the 3rd eye. Once I figured that out meditation because much much easier.

  • I have issues concentrating and making the time.

  • Simple solution is to abstain from eating meat. When we absorb this negative energy of fear, hate and anger which the animals experienced. It will be dificult to stay calm and also to stay concentrated for long duration. So just be vegan. Better still, to find a true master who can guide us through the ethereal realms, for astral beings can be a bit mischivious.

  • I had been meditating for almost a year now and it has helped me achieve goals and go through really difficult times.

    What is challening most is having to change videoes on youtube because most are not long enough. I can meditate up to an hour at least. Sometimes the chatter and thoughts pop up and then I end up focusing on getting rid of the chatter and it throws my meditation of course.I find that the bet time to meditate is in the morning. It is difficult at work, though.

  • not sure on what to meditate. my goal is to stand out and be satisfied on my acheivment but when i think about it why should I meditate if I can;t see myself work .... what achievment I say to myself .. I know I have abundant opportunities around me , but none of them seem to click for me as compared to my friends whom advance daily. So . My answer I guess money is key to measure of our value and I for sure not making it.

I have many resources in the regard of binaural beats, sonic, alpha/beta, chakra forms of meditation. How do I know this is differs?

    My meditation involves listening to some slow, soulful guitar music outside on my porche. I breathe. I loose myself to the music. Everything slows down and I focus on myself. After reaching desired state of mind, I listen to Theta brainwaves with music, and delve further into my universe.:)

    Makes me feel happy like never before. I do it every night before sleeping.

    I wrote all this cus I thought it might help? I don't know. I just really appreciate your work, Finerminds.

    I use meditation to center myself into my being, to get away from the physical world and into my happy dream-universe, to release old paradigms that I have no need for anymore, to forgive and release sad experiences etc!

    Difficulties? I had none. I must say, for me my journey into meditation has been absolutely well-guided and easy. God helped me is all I can say.:)

  •  I have a hard time to manage my time to set myself sitting down long enough every day to do the meditation. When I do , its the way you mention in the video the noise in my head

    don't want to go away, or in no time I get distracted easy. Whats next?

  • I meditate before I begin my day and to end my day. But I'll admite at times it is go to concentrate. My day is a go as well. , but none the less I still need to take everyday. I've been doing it for you now wake me big changes in my life. I can only get rid of the monkey chatter.

  • Most of the times during my meditation I am externally interrupted and loose concentration.

  • I have all of those issues you mentioned. I can't turn the thinking off and if I do get that relaxed I fall asleep so I can't stay focused.

  • I also use Holosync and Kelly Howell like Belicose2009.  I also like using Burt Goldman's Quantum Jumping and sometimes Mindbox meditations. I also sometimes listen to paraliminals from Paul Sheele's Learning Strategies. I usually listen in the morning before I get out of bed for at least an hour and a half.

  • @bellicose2009 How long have you been doing it, & with what results?..In other words - Hows that been working out for you in manifesting what you want? I used Holosync for quite a while,with no real measurable results...Then they kept trying to get me to buy into the next CD and the next.etc.. Meditating to Solfeggio frequencies which are free here on youtube,have been more of a help then Holosync for me.

  • If you ask me, Self Hypnosis is a very good technique to get you into meditation quickly and quiet the mind. If you don't know how to do it, you should find out. The first time i tried it it worked like a charm and i could tell the difference between just sitting there quieting the mind using more of my focus and using self hypnosis to achieve meditation quickly, easily, and efficiently.

  • I often have thoughts that pop up uncontrollably, usually about meditation itself (Is 1 way better than another? Why do some allow for visualization, others not? Why do some focus on breath , others on energy, thought/affirmation? Is my being suited for 1 over another? Are all the same, I just need to commit to 1? is there an implicit value judgment on stillness being superior to thoughts? Is using tools such as brain wave entrainments cheating? Meditation does not deal directly with pain.

  • As a shaman, I enter a meditative state with the help of a simple heart-beat drum rhythm, enabling me to access healing energy and messages for people who request them.

    I'm curious to know what you believe you've conquered/distilled/potentized that will help people accomplish more through meditation.

  • There are lots of different kinds of meditation and they have different purposes. Usually the point of meditation isn't to get rid of monkey mind, but to make friends with it which helps create focus eventually.

  • I learned from Deepak Chopra that once you get into the meditative state and stay there its emerging from the gap that you let the mind focus on those goals you want to achieve and it definitely works my experience was Mind blowing to say the least.

  • After more than a decade of Buddhist meditation, I am able to reach the goals you have outlined. I use meditation to visualize the attributes I want to incorporate into my being. I also use it while waiting--in line, in traffic, etc., to calm and still my mind.

  • Hi, I wasn't aware you created awesomeness fest. That’s tremendous. I only mention it because the Lisa Nichols video, from awesomeness fest, was one of the most inspirational things I've ever witnessed. Anyway, I really love meditating; I was a fanatic over the summer. But since I've gone back to school I haven't been doing it much at all. I don't know why I stopped and watching this video made me realize I have to get back into the habit. My biggest problem in meditation is clearing my mind.

  • So far the most economical and effective tool for meditation that I personally have used is Abraham-Hicks guided meditations.Only 15 min per day. period.

  • I meditate by putting my two hands facing each other about a foot apart and close my eyes and imagine what they look like. Sometimes, I get insights, other times nothing. Would love to hear what works for you.

  • Been meditating for years,and there wasn't so much pressure when I was day dreaming awake but did not call it "meditation" ..then I began using tools like Holosync,which got ridiculously expensive and I did not feel I was getting the results I desired from it...Have tried several tools since then,finding nothing to scream from the roof tops about as of yet...so this will be interesting to see what you have come up with .

  • Ive been meditating for a year now. Increasing from 5 to ten to now 20min a day. I use a mantra. I dont fight the chatter as it naturally becomes less with practice. However id love to be able to focus deeply on something tangible and see its manifestation. Ive done this with visualization boards but not meditation sessions .
