Old man with accordeon is famous russian actor..It is a part of one russian movie ..

Song translation - Taganka : old Moscow prison ( now destroyed) .Song is compilation of two parts - old one - Taganka song ( about prison and how peoples lost his young years there ) and hip hop new one - about Taganka region young peoples life in Moscow at nowadays ....
